> 3 dayI bought this hotend for my CR10-s Pro printer after the heater cartridge shorted out and I couldnt remove the original heater cartridge for replacement. This product is direct swap and the instructions are easy to follow. I do say when you install it, make sure you install the nozzle into the block until finger tight and then back out about 1/4 of a turn. install the metal tube until it sits flush with the nozzle. Once that is installed and your thermistor and heater cartridge is installed. You can then heat the hotend up to 230c and then carefull using a pair of pliers and a appropriate socket tighen the nozzle into place to ensure of a proper fitting. once I did that I adjusted some retraction settings in my slicer and i print about 5 degrees hotter than the stock hotend and It prints like a dream. I dont think i will have any issues printing any exotic matrials like PETG. TPU or flexibles with the new hot end. I highly recommend this hotend if you want to get more bang for your buck on your CR10s pro printer.

> 3 dayLooking to upgrade my CR 10s Pro with a hot end kit. Kit was shipped to me with the wrong parts. After an e-mail exchange with MicroSwiss, I had the correct part the next day. Installation took about 30 minutes and I have been printing ever since. I have printed part that took over 2 days with no issues at all. Overall great product and support.

> 3 dayNot much to like here. The first kit was complete and got to the point of hot tightening the nozzle when the nozzle sheered off in the heat block with the torque driver set to 30 inch pounds as specified. Replacement kit, well I have no idea how the nozzle will fair since its missing the two screws that should be installed in the heater block to hold the heater in place. No way to tighten around the heater. Im going to dig through my tiny screw collection before returning it because I dont want the hassle but Im disappointed. Ive used Micro Swiss on printers in the past and they were great. Its too bad theyve gone so far downhill over the last few years.

> 3 dayThis is a direct replacement for the factory hot end. Remove the old one, trim the bowdin tube square, pre heat the hot end before tightening the nozzle. Then print! This works really well.

> 3 dayInstallation was easy enough but after that it was nothing but problems. I was unable calibrate my feeder e steps consistently for reasons unknown even though I did a PID auto tune. After I got the feeder e steps somewhat consistent, stringing tests were a complete mess and I tried to tighten everything while the hot end was heated and stripped the heat block. My ender 3 stock hot end worked perfectly fine and I heard so many good things about micro swiss hot ends, DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS MORE TROUBLE THAN IT IS WORTH.

> 3 dayUsed for Creality cr 10s pro. This is not an upgrade for the faint of heart. All said I am a newbie and I was able to get through it. I did have to talk to micro Swiss text support. I found out that the nozzle and hot end that you get with your original printer from creality has a non-standard thread. So when you go to micro Swiss, you go to when its considered in the industry has a standard thread on your nozzle and hotend. After talking to micro Swiss tech support, all was well.
