Took it out of the box powered it up and it just worked. Netgear makes great products - never had a problem.

Works great and good value

The switch works perfectly, as expected.

My home had CAT5 (or 6) connections in the rooms, but we didnt have a router (always relied on wifi). Now working from home, I wanted wired Ethernet connections to speed up a couple of work processes. This inexpensive router is working beautifully!

In my dorm room I have one ethernet port. This switch allows me to have seven devices on ethernet if I needed too.

I cut the cord with my cable company, so I wanted a way to easily cable up what was ethernet hardwired potential so I would not saturate my wifi. I bought a couple of of the unmanaged versions so I could plug my work computer, home computer, along with my Printer and smart hubs (Smartthings, Phillips Hue, Sonos). This was made for us folks that are not network engineers, its all just plug and play, as long as you stick and click.

Extremely durable and of the most excellent quality.

Worked great as a dummy switch for extra ports on a small home network. Used it between a unifi usg and the rest of the network.

Truly plug and play. Worked great right out of the box. No issues.
