I use this product more often that I wish I needed, but it brings a huge relief when migraines hit.

Love this product. Since I overhear so easily at night, I use this by freezing it and putting on when I go to bed. Really helps! I only wish it were able to size adjust a bit for a tighter fit. Get product, great seller!

This mask is pretty good, its cool to wear, surprisingly even at room temperature, better if refrigerated. The coldness lasts far longer than expected and it does a really good job of blocking out light. Most masks Ive worn leak light around the nose, but this goes a great job of sealing that up. The only downside ive noticed is that it has a line of stitching up each side, right where my ear is. Not only does that reduce its ability to filter unwanted sounds (as its thinner and has no gel where stitching is), but it also creates an uncomfortable uneven pressure on the ears. I wake up with a funny line on my ear and slight pain there. Still far better than a migraine though.

Is work too much? Do you have a migraine because of it? Do you now not want to look at anyone or anything? This is the product for those who have a migraine and want to pull their eyes out so they no longer have to see the stupidity around but need their eyes later. This cool, snug, migraine blindfold works great!

This cap is great. It gives the right amount of pressure for a headache and I love the fact that it does not smell like the freezer. I’ve tried other ice packs, ice caps. This one hands-down is the one to get.

This is a must have if you get migraines or are prone to headaches. It is truly the best relief outside of heavy meds. I have two so there is always one in the freezer for backup. I’d recommend it to any migraine sufferer.

I got this to help with my severe headaches and migraines. It offered me great soothing relief. I wish it would stay cold longer but it was very helpful. The compression and cold along with the darkness over the eyes offers a great deal of relief.
