I love that it says cool all day long. It get really cold and feels great on my head. I get headaches quite often and this really helps it and helps me sleep. I use it every night even if I dont have a headache, it is very relaxing for me.

Husband is pron to get headaches which then turn into bad migraines that lead to being such in bed under covers with no lights on- only using a dish cloth that I have to keep cold every 10 minutes. This is the product for those who have a migraine and want to pull their eyes out so they no longer have to see the stupidity around but need their eyes later. This cool, snug, migraine blindfold works great!

It feels cool to the touch at room temp and gets even better after placing in the fridge or freezer. Pull it down over your eyes when you have migraine visual disturbances or just need to block out light. I have a med/large head and it fits comfortably but not too snug. Sometimes I wear it like a beanie while working from home for some minor stress relief. If you have a small head, this might not give you as much compression. Overall works well and highly recommend!
