A coworker recommended this migraine mask for my constant headaches. We ordered and got our product quickly and in great condition. I wont say this mask completely gets rid of the migraines, but it takes the edge off and make life so much more comfortable. My 5-year-old saw me wearing it and the next day he said he had a headache like dad. We let him wear the mask just to humor him and to our surprise he loves it! It actually helps him to go to sleep when he is restless or overwhelmed. At first, he didnt like the coldness but after a few minutes he said Ahhh.. it makes my brain feel so good. My wife and teenage daughter both use the mask for headaches, and it always soothes them straight to sleep. We wound up ordering a second one just to ensure everyone has one if needed. The combined cold and compression are wonderful, and the material is sturdy and easy to clean. Thank you so much for a new household necessity.

Just put the product inside the refrigerator and wait for couple hours to be chilled. Wear it over your head and works like a charm. I just keep mine in the refrigerator after use so I can use it right away when needed.

I really like how this feels. I didn’t think I would reach for it as much as I do. I love that you don’t HAVE to put it in the fridge/freezer, but I do always keep it in my freezer for that extra cold feeling. I keep it on for 15 minutes at a time and can’t definitely feel a difference.

I love that it says cool all day long. It get really cold and feels great on my head. I get headaches quite often and this really helps it and helps me sleep. I use it every night even if I dont have a headache, it is very relaxing for me.

I use this product more often that I wish I needed, but it brings a huge relief when migraines hit.

I experience not only migraine headaches, but also skin burning on my face. The cap is a little too snug for my head (I guess I have a big head, lol) so I use it for the face burning that I experience almost every night. The temperature on my ears, forehead and cheeks have registered over 103 degrees at times, while my oral temperature registers normal. Not only do I sleep with a fan blowing on my face, but I also keep my room at a cool 54 degrees. I generally put this on my pillow where my face lays. It covers my ears and side face. Since I have been using them ( I have more than one) I have been able to go to sleep better and more pain free. I am very thankful to have found these and would recommend them as they have been very helpful to me.

I bought this for my husband who’s been suffering from some intense migraines recently, and he is obsessed! Very soothing.
