Very impressed with this product. I get terrible migraine headaches and this product wraps my head in coolness and light compression that brings me great relief and allows me to sleep. It’s light weight and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Although I’ve suffered from migraines in the past, I purchased this cap because I work at night and have to sleep in the day. This cap covers the eyes, it keeps the light out, and with the personal ear plugs I used, I slept like a baby!! It is comfortable and easy to use just like the packaging states! 5 stars ⭐️ from me!

Mask was weighted well to provide relief from pressure, and the large size allows cold to be applied all over. Ive even turned it around and applied cold to back of my head when migraine pain hits different areas. I just need to remember to keep it in the freezer when I dont use it. it is a great supplement/support for my migraine management. It even helps with less severe headaches perfectly.

I got this migraine cooling and warm cap from another teacher as a present. I do not suffer from migraines but it has become something i use at the end of a long day of talking to students and loud noises all day! It is so soothing and helps me to de-stress at the end of a teaching day! I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone I meet now!

as someone who suffers from migraines quite often, it’s nice to just be able to throw this in the freezer for 30 minutes and use it! Super quick, super easy, I don’t have water dripping everywhere from a washcloth. Slight compression which also helps. So far I’ve used about 3 times and have not noticed any different or defect with the product

What I like most about this head wrap is that it has no smell at all. I have only used this in the microwave and not the freezer but most other wraps have a bad order that causes more of a headache then cure it. Covers all the way to the base of my skull which works great for me.

Ive used this product twice while I have a headache and it gives relief. Its a bit too cold straight out of the freezer. Give it a few minutes then put it on your head.

Tried many different products for migraine relief and while this doesn’t take resolve the pain, it effectively numbs it. Bought multiple to keep in rotation during episodes. Highly recommended.

I bought the migraine relief hat to use at first sign of headache. It’s helpful to rest my eyes and feel the cool sensation when it hurts. I was worried that it might be too tight but it’s actually just perfect. It’s great for meditating too. I sometimes keep it in the fridge but it’s not necessary. It was a useful purchase because I actually use it, LOL.

This gets very cold and does work well. I wish it stayed cold a little longer. But I think if it were thicker it would be too stiff. This is cold soft and flexiable.
