I love this ice pack, if feels snug on my head and gives good compression. It also seems to stay colder longer then my others. It fits perfect on my face and gets all angles of my face. I can usually fall asleep when I have a migraine and am wearing this. Which if you have migraines you know is a big deal.

I bought the migraine relief hat to use at first sign of headache. It’s helpful to rest my eyes and feel the cool sensation when it hurts. I was worried that it might be too tight but it’s actually just perfect. It’s great for meditating too. I sometimes keep it in the fridge but it’s not necessary. It was a useful purchase because I actually use it, LOL.

Love it. Helps with the throbbing of a migraine until medicine can kick in. But need two because that dont stay cold long enough.

Husband is pron to get headaches which then turn into bad migraines that lead to being such in bed under covers with no lights on- only using a dish cloth that I have to keep cold every 10 minutes. I knew I needed something for him that would also help my sanity. This has worked MAGIC! The cold compression has helped his migraines from taking hours to get over to 30 mins- 1 hour. 10/10 recommend!

This is a must have if you get migraines or are prone to headaches. It is truly the best relief outside of heavy meds. I have two so there is always one in the freezer for backup. I’d recommend it to any migraine sufferer.

I purchased this for my dad who has terribly bad headaches and migraines. This has been such a life-saver for him.
