So this is actually really helpful and it helps me sleep better. And I like the compression around my head. I personally dont put it in the freezer or warm it up. I like to use it as is and I wear it a few hours and night or when I cant fall asleep and its really helpful so I definitely recommend it and already did it to a few people

Came in on time- I keep it in the fridge to stay cool and wearing it definitely helps ease any head tension I have. Great for relaxation and adds some nice pressure to the eyes especially staring at screens all day

Im so glad I purchased this cap! I dont even need to put it in the fridge. I keep it in my nightstand in my cool room. It stays cool enough. The fridge is almost to cold. I havent tried heat, because that makes my migraines worse. The pressure is just enough and I would say I have an average size head. I can still here things enough so I dont hear my head throb only. I would recommend it even if you just use a cold wash cloth, it saves stains on your pillow and the wet discomfort.

I have chronic migraines. This compression helps with the pain in about 20 mins for me. The best thing I have found is an extremely hot shower and then get in bed with this cap on. I never leave on a trip without it!

I love this ice pack, if feels snug on my head and gives good compression. It also seems to stay colder longer then my others. It fits perfect on my face and gets all angles of my face. I can usually fall asleep when I have a migraine and am wearing this. Which if you have migraines you know is a big deal.
