Very soft thick gel that is comfortable to wear for extended period of time. It gets extremely cold and remains cold! No smell either like some other similar items. Great for migraine headaches. Would purchase again!

This is amazing. I have a long history or headaches and migraines and this was made perfectly for me. It is the only thing that truly helps, allows me to sleep or relax. Its worth every penny. I keep it in the fridge and its ready whenever the headache comes, and its truly the most helpful relief you can ask for.

So far I haven’t had a migraine since this arrived but I have had several headaches. Each time, I put the cap on and the ache was relieved INSTANTLY. Between the cool temperature and the snug fit, the relief is outstanding, and honestly, I think for me, the snug fit/pressure is the key. My headaches tend to last for hours and hours or even days; I put the cap on when I first notice a headache coming on and it’s gone within minutes. Seriously, minutes! All that said, the odor was VERY strong when it first arrived. Strong scents often trigger my migraines so I put the cap outside all day for a few days in an area that gets both sun and shade. (I did bring it inside overnight.) After a few days, the scent isn’t nearly so strong. I did end up having to use the cap several times while the scent was still very strong and thankfully it didn’t bother my sensitive sinuses and it did relieve my headache. I’m hoping over time the odor disappears completely but for me, it’s worth it even if it doesn’t. I am super happy with this cap! In the 30+ years I’ve been having chronic headaches and migraines, nothing has ever relieved them as quickly and completely as this cap. I considered giving the cap 4 stars due to the odor but it’s effectiveness in alleviating my headaches is so astounding that I feel it deserves the full 5 stars despite the odor.

I have chronic migraines. This compression helps with the pain in about 20 mins for me. The best thing I have found is an extremely hot shower and then get in bed with this cap on. I never leave on a trip without it!

as someone who suffers from migraines quite often, it’s nice to just be able to throw this in the freezer for 30 minutes and use it! Super quick, super easy, I don’t have water dripping everywhere from a washcloth. Slight compression which also helps. So far I’ve used about 3 times and have not noticed any different or defect with the product

In all three instances, the cooling soothing comfort this migraine cap brings, truly helps each individual. They arrived quickly and are holding up with no issues. All three individuals store their Migraine caps in the refrigerator, so they are ready to use, when needed.

This migraine cap heats and cools quickly, is very easy to put on, is comfortable and has great coverage over the head and back of neck for pain relief.

I really like how the heaviness and the snugness feels on my head. Thought about using it as a sleep mask. (Almost took it on the plane, but decided it may be a problem with TSA since its gel inside.) Initially, I had it in the freezer, and the first time I used it for a bruise as a cold pack, it was so cold! You can see cool air flowing down from it. So I decided, Ill keep it in the fridge instead. I also wormed it in the microwave for using it as a warm pack for the same bruise after a few days. I like it so much that I got rid of another gel pack with pearls in a plastic enclosure I had before. This is softer on the skin and can form around my skin much better.

I love this ice pack, if feels snug on my head and gives good compression. It also seems to stay colder longer then my others. It fits perfect on my face and gets all angles of my face. I can usually fall asleep when I have a migraine and am wearing this. Which if you have migraines you know is a big deal.
