I really like how this feels. I didn’t think I would reach for it as much as I do. I love that you don’t HAVE to put it in the fridge/freezer, but I do always keep it in my freezer for that extra cold feeling. I keep it on for 15 minutes at a time and can’t definitely feel a difference.

So far I haven’t had a migraine since this arrived but I have had several headaches. Each time, I put the cap on and the ache was relieved INSTANTLY. Between the cool temperature and the snug fit, the relief is outstanding, and honestly, I think for me, the snug fit/pressure is the key. My headaches tend to last for hours and hours or even days; I put the cap on when I first notice a headache coming on and it’s gone within minutes. Seriously, minutes! All that said, the odor was VERY strong when it first arrived. Strong scents often trigger my migraines so I put the cap outside all day for a few days in an area that gets both sun and shade. (I did bring it inside overnight.) After a few days, the scent isn’t nearly so strong. I did end up having to use the cap several times while the scent was still very strong and thankfully it didn’t bother my sensitive sinuses and it did relieve my headache. I’m hoping over time the odor disappears completely but for me, it’s worth it even if it doesn’t. I am super happy with this cap! In the 30+ years I’ve been having chronic headaches and migraines, nothing has ever relieved them as quickly and completely as this cap. I considered giving the cap 4 stars due to the odor but it’s effectiveness in alleviating my headaches is so astounding that I feel it deserves the full 5 stars despite the odor.

I ordered the ONLYCARE Migraine Relief Cap because I suffer from frequent migraines that only cold seems to help, and my boyfriend suffers from frequent headaches due to macular degeneration. After reading reviews on the MANY different versions on Amazon, I decided to go with this one because of the price and great reviews. I am definitely glad this is the one I went with! The package was received on time, and on first opening, I was pleasantly surprised at the texture of the cap. It is wonderfully soft, smooth, and squishy- and it didnt have a weird smell that I had read about on several of the other options. Because it had been cold weather, the cap was already chilled when it arrived so I instantly tried it on just to get a feel for it. The fit is perfect, just enough pressure to be helpful but not so much that it would cause more pain. The area that goes over the eyes is excellent because the cutout for the nose is rounded and high enough that it doesnt affect my nose or make me feel that its cutting off my sinuses (the photos of the other caps looked like they would push your nose down a bit and that definitely doesnt help with sinus headaches.) The fabric is smooth, soft and feels like it will be comfortable to sleep in. The super impressive part, though, was that the seller personally reached out to make sure that the cap had been received and that there were no issues. With customer service being questionable with so many businesses nowadays, I am always very impressed when a company goes above and beyond! If youre trying to decide among all the options for these headache caps, I definitely recommend going with this one!

I got such a horrible concussion so bought this to help with the constant headache and it helped so much! I loved having it be cold and how it blocks out all light 10/10 recommend even if you don’t have a concussion!

This is a must have if you get migraines or are prone to headaches. It is truly the best relief outside of heavy meds. I have two so there is always one in the freezer for backup. I’d recommend it to any migraine sufferer.

i wish i ordered two! one to keep in freezer and one for heating up in microwave. sometimes the cold works better for allergies and sinus relief and warm is best for migraines. I think you have to experiment and see what works best for you. Amazing warm for night time right before bed. Its so relaxing. I recommend this product. It has a lot of uses and its durable. I use it every morning and night.

Perfect for helping get rid of bad headaches. Blocks the light, and the cold compress is nice.

I have chronic migraines. This compression helps with the pain in about 20 mins for me. The best thing I have found is an extremely hot shower and then get in bed with this cap on. I never leave on a trip without it!
