I am so pleased with this purchase! I have had migraines for 40 yrs and use ice frequently. This cap freezes fast and is consistently cold on all sides. I have purchased another similar type product in which you need to add the ice packs to it before use. While that one is fine this is the one I reach for now because there is “no assembly required”. And that is important when you are in pain!

I got this for my headaches, but its so comfy that I ended up turning it into my sleep mask. Its naturally cool and it maintains the coolness for a long time, most times I dont even have to cool it myself. I havent tried it hot yet but the cool version works pretty well. It blacks out almost all the light. I have SUCH a hard time falling asleep, this cap-mask thingy is a game changer.

This has been a great natural headache relief option during pregnancy. Ill continue to use after as well.

If you get headaches or migraines, buy more than 1 of these. I keep mine in the freezer so they’re ready. My only complaint is you can’t wash them so they’re sitting with face oil and hair oil all over them. I wish they came with a protective cover to wash but besides that, they work wonders. I fall asleep every time and it takes down the swelling that I get with the migraine around my eyes.

I really like how this feels. I didn’t think I would reach for it as much as I do. I love that you don’t HAVE to put it in the fridge/freezer, but I do always keep it in my freezer for that extra cold feeling. I keep it on for 15 minutes at a time and can’t definitely feel a difference.

This headache cap is the best investment! As a sufferer of chronic migraines, this thing has come in handy many times. I love to put it in the freezer for a bit and then wear it when it’s cold. Instant cooling relief while covering your eyes and proving relief from light as well.

It is not as much as the cool that isnt too hard but the overall gentle pressure on the head. A gentle squeeze. I can even fall asleep with it on. Not like an icepack. Much easier to use and conform to the face.

What I like most about this head wrap is that it has no smell at all. I have only used this in the microwave and not the freezer but most other wraps have a bad order that causes more of a headache then cure it. Covers all the way to the base of my skull which works great for me.

This feels so good on my head when I have a headache or when I’m nauseated. It’s gets cold really quickly in the fridge and is easy to use!
