This helps quite a bit. Only downfall that I have is that it does not stay on for long period without constantly adjusting it. When having a migraine, last thing I want to do is move around so adjusting it is the only inconvenience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the migraine relief cap. I like the fact that it can be a hot or cold compress. Within 15 to 20 minutes my headache feels so much better. I highly recommend using this product for migraine relief!

I bought the migraine relief hat to use at first sign of headache. It’s helpful to rest my eyes and feel the cool sensation when it hurts. I was worried that it might be too tight but it’s actually just perfect. It’s great for meditating too. I sometimes keep it in the fridge but it’s not necessary. It was a useful purchase because I actually use it, LOL.

Out of all the migraine hats Ive gotten this is by far the most comfortable. I could not recommend this more! If you get overheated and have migraines this hat is a lifesaver. It perfectly blocks out the light, and stays cool long enough to get your back right.

This mask is pretty good, its cool to wear, surprisingly even at room temperature, better if refrigerated. The coldness lasts far longer than expected and it does a really good job of blocking out light. Most masks Ive worn leak light around the nose, but this goes a great job of sealing that up. The only downside ive noticed is that it has a line of stitching up each side, right where my ear is. Not only does that reduce its ability to filter unwanted sounds (as its thinner and has no gel where stitching is), but it also creates an uncomfortable uneven pressure on the ears. I wake up with a funny line on my ear and slight pain there. Still far better than a migraine though.

I purchased this for my dad who has terribly bad headaches and migraines. This has been such a life-saver for him. Any time he feels one coming on he takes the cap out of the refrigerator and within minutes his headache is easing off. I would give this a #10 and highly recommend that you purchase one!

This thing feels amazing. Dont put it in the freezer! It will freeze you face off....lol. It doesnt need to be in the fridge for very long, ive even set it on my a/c vent to keep it cool. It helps so much with headaches cooling the blood vessels in your head and helping the inflammation.

When I get a headache, I believe it bring me back to center.
