A little strange sensation at first to have it on your head but I put it on when I felt one of my frequent headaches coming on and this stopped it in its tracks. Definitely recommend for chronic headache sufferers.

I really like how the heaviness and the snugness feels on my head. Thought about using it as a sleep mask. (Almost took it on the plane, but decided it may be a problem with TSA since its gel inside.) Initially, I had it in the freezer, and the first time I used it for a bruise as a cold pack, it was so cold! You can see cool air flowing down from it. So I decided, Ill keep it in the fridge instead. I also wormed it in the microwave for using it as a warm pack for the same bruise after a few days. I like it so much that I got rid of another gel pack with pearls in a plastic enclosure I had before. This is softer on the skin and can form around my skin much better.

Tried many different products for migraine relief and while this doesn’t take resolve the pain, it effectively numbs it. Bought multiple to keep in rotation during episodes. Highly recommended.

Although I’ve suffered from migraines in the past, I purchased this cap because I work at night and have to sleep in the day. This cap covers the eyes, it keeps the light out, and with the personal ear plugs I used, I slept like a baby!! It is comfortable and easy to use just like the packaging states! 5 stars ⭐️ from me!

We are very pleased with this product! Its easy to use and really helps with headaches , toothaches etc. It gets cold fast and we like how you can cover your eyes if you want. Highly recommend

I really like how this feels. I didn’t think I would reach for it as much as I do. I love that you don’t HAVE to put it in the fridge/freezer, but I do always keep it in my freezer for that extra cold feeling. I keep it on for 15 minutes at a time and can’t definitely feel a difference.

I rarely migraines but i was interested in a good mask because i work graveyard. The mask is nice and thick. It gets cool before you put it on your head. It helps me sleep. The only thing i dont like about the cap is that it always hurts my eye when i remove it. Im not sure if the cap is too thick or too tight. It wont stop me from using it though.

I am in love and disipointed at the same time. This one stayed cool intensely for about 20 min but then was completely warm with in 45 min. However I loved that I was able to put it on my head and continue to go about the evening routine with the kids in a good mood because it slightly elevated the pain and stoped it from getting worse and turning into a migraine. Update: so I bought 3 different brands this one is not my favorite when a migraine is in full swing, however at the slightest onset of a headache/ potential migraine I put it on and it stops it in its tracks. It’s also a nice little way to paper yourself with sleeping with it at night especially after a day in the sun. I’m starting to love this ice pack.

I purchased this for my dad who has terribly bad headaches and migraines. This has been such a life-saver for him. Any time he feels one coming on he takes the cap out of the refrigerator and within minutes his headache is easing off. I would give this a #10 and highly recommend that you purchase one!
