Pelican 1300 Camera Case

Very durable case. Works perfectly for my GoPro camera and all of the accessories. The only reason I gave it four stars is the pick and pluck foam inserts that came with the case. It works reasonably well, but Its not a very durable solution for a two layer case. I replaced it with Kaizen Foam by FastCap....WOW what a difference!

So, I havent ordered from Amazon in quite some time, because Im tired of getting possibly counterfeit items, or items that are seconds. But I did, and it looks like I got burned again. The box itself looks great, no issues. However once opened up, it is clear this was a return. Come on Amazon, inspect your crap when it comes back. And yes, this was from Amazon.

I have a Nikon 3100 with 2 lenses. I decided to mount the camera horizonally because the telephoto lens would be too close to the bottom for me. It will hold the camera, 2 lenses and some odds & ends. Great compact camera case that will fit in the back hatch of my sea kayak.

What a great case! The pluckable foam allows for customization to the shape required - very cool. Very happy with this product.

The first day I had my eye pieces in the case, it fell from about 4 feet. It paid for itself right then. Just what I needed for my telescope eye pieces.
