> 3 dayI loved this suitcase but just could not justify the price. I was specifically looking for a polycarbonate expandable 21 suitcase to mostly be a checked bag. Often a 25 is more than I really need but an non-expandable 21 isnt quite enough. This meets those criteria but the price is the drawback. I opted instead for 21 Travelpro Maxlite Air Hardside Expandable (scored an Amazon Warehouse version for a great price).

> 3 dayGreat style and easy to maneuver. The plastic shell and aluminum trim are not the toughest - a few scratches have showed up after several flights now. But the ease of rolling, the size, and the overall quality make up for those minor issues. While a bit expensive, this is a great bag. Worth the price to me.

> 3 dayThis case rolls so smoothly! If you’re stopped on even the gentlest slope it may keep rolling, but that means airport carpet and bumpy sidewalks are no match for this case. I also own an Away suitcase and I much prefer the wheels on this Travelpro. Get it.

> 3 dayI love everything Travel Pro. I was smitten (fell in love at first site kind of thing) with my first Travel Pro Backpack that was simply AMAZING. There was nothing that wasnt premium in its construction and it is my favorite bag I own, I use it EVERY TIME I TRAVEL.

19-11-2024I bought this suitcase for a three week trip in Portugal. It was light and easy to roll. I steered it through airport corridors and along bumpy cobblestone sidewalks. Yes, the surface of the suitcase does scratch . But who cares? It’s a suitcase!

> 3 dayI have taken this beautiful, dysfunctional piece of luggage on exactly three business trips across two States and the expansion zipper is broken. So it accordions nicely on the luggage carousel but remains locked so still (barely) usable. Despite their stellar reputation I have had bad luck with this brand and will no longer use them myself or recommend to others. The fact that I cannot get my money back or get a repair or a replacement under any kind of warranty (Amazons Return Window closed after 30 days - nice) is also a major irritant. My only solace is that it was purchased with AMEX points and, so, will be turning to them for some satisfaction. In closing, Travel Pro is not nearly what they are supposed to be - good marketing plus questionable product quality = potential trouble exactly when you dont want it, like when you are traveling.
