I just took a trip out to Seattle and found this to be an amazing carry on bag. The suitcase is super maneuverable and has enough storage for a weekend trip or more. Love the integrated laptop pocket, which I was actually complimented on by TSA. Speaking of TSA, has TSA approved locks to keep your values away from the wrong hands. Recommend .

I am a very picky person when it comes to my travel gear. I frequently travel internationally and domestically. I never cared for hard sided luggage because it was too heavy. Not TravelPro! This Platinum Elite bag is wonderful! It is lightweight and has loads of storage space. I love how the pockets are organized and that you zip everything in. No lose clothing issues if they unzip your luggage! Im able to fit so much into this case and not have to check the bag! Its a lifesaver on long trips as I can pack a few days worth of clothing as a just-in-case-they-lose-my-checked-bag! My favorite part is the outside top zip pocket. It is easy to keep my laptop and book handy and easily slip it in and out. I also appreciate the pocket for the USB battery. It make it simple to plug and go when I need a little juice for my phone or iPad. The wheels roll smoothly and it is so well structured that I can slip my purse or backpack on top without it falling over. Beautiful, sleek look and so functional!

The external dimensions of the Travelpro Platinum are the maximum allowable (not expanded) for overhead compartments on global flights (if the airline boarding attendants check the dimensions). I purchased this luggage for travel to Mexico. The ball bearing wheels are smooth and stable for rolling through airports (and boarding escalators using the two wheel rolling position). The interior is easy to pack and cram in clothing for a five day trip augmented by an under seat bag. The Platinum design stands out from the typical black roll aboard bags.

Light, maneuverable, well built. We have several in this platinum elite line and I feel they are a good suitcase.

It advertised that it was USB connected and there was not place to charge my cellphone.

I couldn’t believe how much clothes I was able to squeeze into their carry on. And shoes!! I’m not a light packer so I loved the ability to unzip it and make it wider. Seems sturdy. A little pricey but hoping it will last long. Love the pocket for a phone charger.

Too expensive for its quality so returned.

Received the carry-on suitcase and not actual photos were provided on the post only stock, yet in the fine print state VERY-GOOD Condition - meaning small cosmetic imperfections. One corner is smashed & dented and another has a large deep scratch. (Photos attached) One wheel is loose and makes an unusual noise. I would rate this bag as FAIR condition. Since this bag sold for $288, would there be a consideration for a partial refund? Thank you.

I travel a lot throughout the year whether it is train or airline related so good luggage is important to me. This suitcase is very well made and the hard side keeps my items secure and protected. The built in TSA approved lock is a great feature for me as I often leave my bags at the front of the hotel when I arrive too early for checkin. The 360 wheels work great on this and make pushing and pulling it a breeze. The zippered compartments are great and keep your items in place on both sides, as well as the smaller compartments built onto the separators. The best part is the 5 year warranty that will fix any issues with the bag. I am happy with the quality of this case, it even comes with a little drawstring bag for storage.

This is the best rolling I have ever owned! Overall Dimensions: H: 27.25 in. W: 18 in. D: 13 in. TravelPro has thought of everything, and put it into this bag! For starters, it is lightweight yet durable, and is expandable. It is hard-sided so as to be less susceptible to moisture intrusion. It has TSA-compatible locking mechanisms. The blue color is beautiful! The corners of the luggage are metal to protect it from damage. The expandable hardsides on either side of it also offer additional protection. There are two handles: one along the side and the other on the end in order to carry the luggage. An extended arm at the end of the suitcase allows you to roll it. The wheels are very smooth and quiet which make it easy to maneuver.
