This travel bag did not even make it out the door the first time. Interior fabric tore as I was zipping up the interior panels. Cheapest fabric I have ever seen from Travelpro. Returned it!

This is the best rolling I have ever owned! Overall Dimensions: H: 27.25 in. W: 18 in. D: 13 in. TravelPro has thought of everything, and put it into this bag! For starters, it is lightweight yet durable, and is expandable. It is hard-sided so as to be less susceptible to moisture intrusion. It has TSA-compatible locking mechanisms. The blue color is beautiful! The corners of the luggage are metal to protect it from damage. The expandable hardsides on either side of it also offer additional protection. There are two handles: one along the side and the other on the end in order to carry the luggage. An extended arm at the end of the suitcase allows you to roll it. The wheels are very smooth and quiet which make it easy to maneuver.

My wife and I have gone on a number of lengthy overseas trips in the last decade and over that time weve come to hold definite opinions on what makes good luggage. The carry-on versions of this luggage from Travelpro are the best luggage weve seen or used, bar none, in our years of travel. The thoughtful touches and quality of construction are off the chart.

Received the carry-on suitcase and not actual photos were provided on the post only stock, yet in the fine print state VERY-GOOD Condition - meaning small cosmetic imperfections. One corner is smashed & dented and another has a large deep scratch. (Photos attached) One wheel is loose and makes an unusual noise. I would rate this bag as FAIR condition. Since this bag sold for $288, would there be a consideration for a partial refund? Thank you.

I’ve only used the bag once after receiving it as a Christmas gift. One of the zipper pulls came off in transit. Somewhat surprised this could happen but it seemed like a simple warranty claim since I had taken steps upon receipt of the bag to register the warranty. However, despite this, I needed to provide the style number found on a tag in the suitcase, take a few pictures from different angles of the damage and “if” you have proof of purchase to provide it. I didn’t have the proof of purchase but I was now instructed they could not process the warranty without it. I subsequently obtained the proof of purchase from the person who gave me the gift. I am now waiting to see if enough has been done to get a replacement zipper pull.

On my very first trip with the luggage, it came back to me this huge damage out of the airport carousel. I had no idea as to what happened to the bag over the travel. the durability of the bag must be compromised. Other than that, the bag itself meets my needs in functionality, manuevability, and light weight.

I ordered this in time for a cross country trip with our family and it survived the checked baggage great. It wheels smoothly and the zippers are smooth. Great bag for carry on or check as a weekender.
