> 3 dayWell built, great design. Survived rough treatment and the metal corners are very sturdy. I have been buying TravelPro for years and it just keeps getting better.

Greater than one weekSo worth it!! Bought this for my husband. I love it more than my away carry on. 10/10 highly recommend.

Not Me
Greater than one weekThe item was delivered directly by Amazon, but not in any packaging at all. It was supposed to be like new and in the original packaging. Neither was true, but the item was still at least in very good condition. Im tempted to return it, but its still not a bad deal. Overall, the product is fine, but the delayed delivery, no packaging, and condition is disappointing. Im guessing that the specific used item I ordered wasnt conveniently located for cheap delivery purposes, so they just shipped whatever they had.

> 3 dayIm still in the process of using this Travelpro Platinum Elite Expandable Hardside Spinner bag. So far, it has gotten me through 6 airports on 3 trips. It is sized well for a carry-on, and I like the 2 zippered halves. I also wanted to lighten up my backpack, so I slid my Powerbook in the computer sleeve (accessible from the outside) into the case. It fit well, and I felt comfortable transporting it in there (although I would have taken it out if I had used this bag as check-on luggage). I dont use the battery slot function. Im good to go!

> 3 dayI have taken this beautiful, dysfunctional piece of luggage on exactly three business trips across two States and the expansion zipper is broken. So it accordions nicely on the luggage carousel but remains locked so still (barely) usable. Despite their stellar reputation I have had bad luck with this brand and will no longer use them myself or recommend to others. The fact that I cannot get my money back or get a repair or a replacement under any kind of warranty (Amazons Return Window closed after 30 days - nice) is also a major irritant. My only solace is that it was purchased with AMEX points and, so, will be turning to them for some satisfaction. In closing, Travel Pro is not nearly what they are supposed to be - good marketing plus questionable product quality = potential trouble exactly when you dont want it, like when you are traveling.
