> 3 dayUPDATE: I’ve been trying to contact Customer Service for over a month now and no response. Website is useless and phone service is non existent. Totally dissatisfied with my Travel Pro purchase. This hardside case didnt even make it out of the US as carryon luggage before one of the wheels fell off. Ive been a Travel Pro user for many years, but will now be on the search for a better quality travel set. Huge disappointment.

> 3 dayI’m glad I bought this bag. It is easy to handle, very light and appears to be durable. I got tired of my luggage getting caught on the ramp in the rain and my clothes being wet. This took care of it. The color is a little different too so it is easy to spot in the carousel. I’m very happy with it.

> 3 dayAt this premium price ($400 at time of writing, and Travelpro’s current flagship carry-on), I’m going to be a bit more critical of things I’d overlook on cheaper luggage.

> 3 dayI am a very frequent traveler (although not since early 2020, for obvious reasons). I have been using the same Travelpro Crew luggage for the last six years and I love this line. It has held up perfectly and, quite honestly, does not need to be replaced. However, Ive been very curious about the recent trend toward hard-sided luggage. To me, hard-sided luggage always looks and feels very 1960s, but I wanted to see what all of the hype is all about. I ordered several pieces from the Travelpro Platinum Elite series and they do not disappoint. I want to clarify this statement a bit by saying that I personally think I want to stick to soft-sided luggage. However, if you are in the market for hard-sided luggage, you will love some of the great features offered by this line.

> 3 dayThe item was delivered directly by Amazon, but not in any packaging at all. It was supposed to be like new and in the original packaging. Neither was true, but the item was still at least in very good condition. Im tempted to return it, but its still not a bad deal. Overall, the product is fine, but the delayed delivery, no packaging, and condition is disappointing. Im guessing that the specific used item I ordered wasnt conveniently located for cheap delivery purposes, so they just shipped whatever they had.

> 3 dayThis spinner luggage is an excellent product. The quality is evident in the manufacturing which provides a thick, durable, and yet lightweight product that’s easy to roll, push, and add weight. The strong outer case protects items within and yet is very lightweight. The luggage comes with USB port which is next level capacity for a luggage (power bank not included). This would make an excellent gift especially for a frequent flyer who often uses carry-ons.

Greater than one weekI was very hesitant on spending the money. I decided to purchase the used option. The luggage came. It’s brand new. Didn’t have the original box which who cares about. I’ll take the $150 discount without the original box. The wheels glide. The luggage is well made. I’m so happy with the purchase that I purchased the medium checked luggage. This luggage should last me for years to come. I wish I spent the money and bought this years ago instead of wasting MY money on Samsonite Omni PC.
