> 3 dayMy old travelpro was just two wheels, but this four-wheel gem holds a lot and moves easily. I would have still liked a pouch on the outside.

> 3 dayPretty good quality so far. I’ve been on 2 trips with it so far and it’s been great. First time having a 4 wheel suitcase that can roll standing, and I must say, I could never go back to the 2 wheel tilted types. Also for any tall people, I’m 6’3 and the handle is tall enough for me not to be hunching over. This thing, was a literal lifesaver. My back thanks you.

> 3 dayIm still in the process of using this Travelpro Platinum Elite Expandable Hardside Spinner bag. So far, it has gotten me through 6 airports on 3 trips. It is sized well for a carry-on, and I like the 2 zippered halves. I also wanted to lighten up my backpack, so I slid my Powerbook in the computer sleeve (accessible from the outside) into the case. It fit well, and I felt comfortable transporting it in there (although I would have taken it out if I had used this bag as check-on luggage). I dont use the battery slot function. Im good to go!

> 3 dayThe suitcase was a great purchase. I just completed a two week trip and I was able to pack all my clothes, shoes, paperwork and gadgets into one suitcase. With my belongings the weight was 51lbs. (The airline waived the overage charge:)

09-06-2025Perfect for jaunts where the plane size is less than jumbo. I really like that its lightweight and easy to get into smaller overhead bins. limited expandability but great protection with the hard sides and zippered expansion feature.

> 3 dayI bought both the Briggs & Riley torq and the Travelpro 22 Carry On to see which one met my needs. I do many 3-4 day trips, and occasional 10 day trips out of a carry on for business. Sometimes, I carry a commercial Camera rig. So, I need volume when I need it, and convenience all the time. In this test, Travelpro was the hands down winner. Now Briggs usually sells a compression version but its been out of stock for quite a while everywhere. Too bad for them I guess. In general, I was surprised at the low quality of the Briggs for the price-- see the video. Youll see how it deforms.

> 3 dayFirst let me say I really dont need a carry-on. I already have one that I have been using for about 6 or 7 years now, Kenneth Cole Reaction 20. There is nothing wrong with the KC Reaction, I just was having the itch for something newer. The Travelpro Elite looks GREAT and looks better than the pictures. It does roll smoothly and quietly across the floor but I only tested on my hardwoods. Handle had a great feel to it. The zippers felt sturdy as well. I lined it up next to my KC Reaction and they were the same height, but the width and depth were smaller. When I opened the luggage is where I was supremely disappointed. At first I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but no they were not. This luggage is very shallow. Then I put it to the packing test. It could not hold the same amount of clothes ( 6 days worth) that I easily packed in my KC Reaction. Now Im not a small guy so if you are less the 250 lbs your clothes probably uses less fabric than mine so you may have use for this beautiful luggage. I may try the softside but I think I will go with a competitor. Shame, I really wanted this to be my main travel piece.

> 3 dayLove the two sided compartments, the mesh that zips and separates the sides.
