> 3 dayThis is by far the most beautiful backpack Ive ever own. Ive always wanted a genuine leather backpack but every brand I tried is either not my style or just too pricy. This is my dream come true. Just got it few days ago and havent got a chance to carry it yet, but the leather is so beautifully tanned and it has lots of smaller pouches and spaces with this bag. Leather is so comfortable and Im pretty sure itll be better as I use it longer based on my former experience with leather bags. It even has a section for my laptop. Now I can put my MacBook Pro in this and not worry about getting the surface scratched. Nice inside out. Definitely worth the money.

Greater than one weekThis thing is tough. Like You could beat a moose to death kind of tough. The leather is thick and I see no flaws. The Zippers are smooth. The shoulder straps are easy to adjust and dont loosen while wearing. Its large enough to hold my huge 15 Zbook laptop with lots of spare room. The side pockets are good for thin water bottles. Its tall and that lets me put a good amount of stuff in it. I like the closures in the outer pockets. Seriously. beat a moose to death tough.. A big moose. UPDATE: Months later and I still love it. I use this every day. On work days it carries my big laptop and my gym clothes and my emergency kit. On non-work days it holds gear for hiking/fishing. TIP 1: The main compartment zipper loosened up and liked to unzip itself. By that I mean if I have the bag full the zipper runs itself back the way it came. Not that the zipper pulls apart. I rubbed some beeswax on the zipper and theres more resistance to pulling now so it stays closed better. TIP 2: The front pocket flaps like to slide out sometimes. Rubbing the beeswax all around the leather strap will keep the pocket closed much better. Issue: Some of the thread wanted to come undone. I superglued the thread and its staying fast. UPDATE-UPDATE:: This bag gets beat up! I use it all the time. I use it to carry my work laptop to and from worth walking half a mile each way to the train station. Its been snowed in, rained in, kicked, scuffed, etc... Yes, it shows wear. The backpack straps at the top have pulled loose from the body a bit. The thread does wear out. Its not a big deal to do minor repairs to keep up a great bag. Its like maintaining a vehicle, if you drive it and never do any maintenance itll die asap. UPDATE-UPDATE-UPDATE: The biggest issue is where the pack meets the shoulder straps. The leather I would call a strong medium-weight. Its not super heavy duty. Its a sturdy bag. Still works well. The zipper end needed to be stitched with heavy thread at the bottom because the zipper would sometimes fall off one side or another when I was opening it all the way. The pockets still hold well. The lining has torn away and I removed it because its annoying. The inside of the leather is soft enough that it doesnt scratch up my laptop.

> 3 dayI dont normally leave reviews for items that I buy online, but I bought this bag four years ago when I first started college and it has held up beautifully for me despite all the abuse Ive put it through. No issues so far and the only care that Ive given the bag is conditioning it about once a year. I highly recommend this bag for anyone looking for a bag that will last them for at least the next several years!

12-06-2025This bag is gorgeous. I am very picky when it comes to leather, there is many fakes out there and substitutes. This is definitely cow hide, its think soft supple leather. This is NOT goat leather, or any other small animal out there. It is medium in size I would say, def fits a laptop. Not a good overnight bag for a girl or a “go bag for disaster” being it is on the smaller side. I think I will give this to my daughter for a diaper bag ( it will be perfect for) and hope they make bigger back packs soon! Again, this bag is gorgeous and if it was a little bit bigger it would be a 500.00 + bag. Still it is a real deal at the price they have now for this size.

Greater than one weekI bought this bag for my husband and he really likes it. I was impressed as soon as I opened it to check it out. I cant speak to the longevity of it yet as he has just started using it but it looks and feels sturdy and it really is a great looking bag.

> 3 dayI have been using this bag (dark brown model) for over one year and on most days carry two laptops and accessories. I have received multiple compliments on the looks of the bag and one such compliment came from my 32 year old son. So I purchased another and gave him this light brown model as a gift for his birthday. The gift was a hit and that meant everything to me. This is a quality, handsome and durable bag. I believe it will give many years of service with good care. I highly recommend this bag.

Greater than one weekFirst off, this bag is not for the faint of heart. Its not lightweight. Empty it weighs a few lbs. Thats because its made with real leather, incredible well designed, and sturdy. Looks very sharp and plenty of pockets.. For the price you just cant beat it. Protects my tech plenty fine and everyone that sees it thinks I spent $4-$500 bucks on it.. Im a Back Pack/Bag aholic.. and this one by far has been my go to from about the time Ive purchased it.. Love it!!!

Greater than one weekThis is a heavy and durable real leather laptop backpack. When I opened the packaging the lovely scent of leather filled the room and I couldnt stop smiling. There are an impressive amount of pockets inside and out of the bag and will likely never fill it completely. The outside pockets are either zippers or leather straps with a Velcro fasten. Every interior has a lovely silky liner and the stitching is top notch. The side pouches for bottles are a bit stiff at first and can be closed with a leather strap and magnetic button. (The magnet is not the strongest and sometimes gets unclasped.) I intended to find a laptop bag that had the classiness of a leather briefcase with the functionality of a backpack and this is the result of my search. There were a few identical backpacks on Amazon with varying prices from different companies. I decided Polare because of the reviews but more importantly the double zipper on the main opening. I have used single zipper backpacks and get quite frustrated with this inefficient design. Save yourself some trouble and spend the couple extra dollars. I love this backpack but it can get heavy because of how much you are carrying added with the leather material this is made from. My one complaint is the flat straps for wearing the bag. I wish some padding was implemented on the underside while not removing the leather top. Its canvas straps anyways so would the aesthetics be that drastic? Overall an amazing piece of craftsmanship and bonus points for the steampunk/vintage vibe.

12-06-2025This is one of the best backpacks Ive bought over the last couple of years. I was concerned that the pockets would be hard top access, given their stacked appearance. Such is not the case. The leather fits securely into the plastic loops, so no fears of them opening, plus there is velcro beneath the flap for additional closure. The leather itself is tough and durable, not flimsy or fake. The top handle feels perfect, and the straps hold everything nicely. Its well made, and Im confident Im going to be using it for many years. Thanks for a quality product.
