> 24 hourHad been tempted to buy one of these for a long time, but the price always put me off. I finally succumbed after seeing all the great reviews and Im so glad I did! Wrinkles and creases just seem to vanish and its great to have set up near my machine when Im piecing. Has reduced the pressing time as both sides are done at once. Very pleased with the performance and have found it to be well worth the money.

> 24 hourI’ve made dozens and dozens and dozens of quilts. Everyone in my family, kids and spouses, grandkids and spouses, sleep under quilts I have made. Rarely does something come along that really helps you take a leap forward (think rotary cutter), but this little mat does! I just got the mat about half way through a queen size log cabin quilt, so I was able to compare the earlier pressing to the pressing with the mat. The difference is unbelievable! I use Mary Ellen’s Best Press (yet another leap forward product you can purchase on Amazon) on my blocks, so I cover the mat with an old cotton sheet to protect it. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with this pressing aid.

> 24 hourI bought this wool mat to replace a Steady Betty I purchased to press quilt-as-you-go blocks. I was not happy with the foam surface on the Steady Betty and while it is great to hold quilt block pieces to see how they work together, the foam is such that it is not suitable as an ironing surface (we felt it might melt). I love this small 13.5 square wool mat. It is perfect to use with my miniature iron to press quilt-as-as you blocks.

> 24 hourThis is a fabulous time-saving item for anyone who likes to sew. This is so much better than setting up an ironing board. I recommend this for anybody who wants to press items while they are sewing. I ordered it through Amazon, and it arrived promptly despite all the possible delayed due to the Covid 19 virus. I would definitely recommend this seller.

> 24 hourThis is a 24” x 17” thick and dense wool ironing mat that doesn’t smell at all! It is large enough for my sewing projects. I’m very happy with this choice.

> 24 hourI researched this product and read many reviews. Not all reviews were great on the web, but I decided to take a chance. VERY glad I did. It is thick, so the surface beneath the pad does not get too hot (I still wouldnt do it on a nice dining table though), and any steam seems to evaporate out nicely. I have mine on a small workshop stand with a particle board top and it works very well. Obviously, its not large enough for pressing clothes - this is for the quilter/sewer.

> 24 hourThis is the perfect wool ironing mat to have next to your sewing machine so that you can easily iron each of your blocks as you sew it together. I purchased the large one but even the smallest one would help you get the best press. The wool is smooth and the seams were easy to press flat. Also it was shipped with care. They created a box large enough so that my mat was not folded nor bent and fast delivery. Thank you for helping make my quilting easier.

> 24 hourA smaller surface for small pressing jobs. Works great on a table top.
