> 3 dayIt is nice to be able to put this on a small stand next to my sewing machine and the heat from the iron does not go through.

> 3 dayI was a little afraid to order this product from anyone, because of the problem of black gunk getting on fabric and iron listed in some reviews. I am glad I took a chance. First thing I did was try it on the wool setting. No black gunk. It didnt do a real good job of getting wrinkles out of fabric, but I picked one that had been folded for a while. I put the iron on the cotton setting waited a couple of minutes, and it was fine. I used a little spray bottle I had. I sprayed some water on it, and the wrinkles came out fine. No Black Gunk. I dont know why other reviewers got bad results, but I did not. I do appliqué, and this is going to be a blessing.

> 3 dayI gave this product to my Mom in law as a gift and she loves it!! She has shown it to all of her quilting friends and I expect they will be ordering their own. In fact, it is on my list of must have quilting accessories for my own quilting room. It is a top quality mat with smooth wool and no creases! Great product!!

> 3 dayi saw one locally but it wasn’t big enough so I checked online. I have now used it and it wonderful. The pressing mat is hard enough to get a good press ( quilter) and the heat seems to reflect back from the wool so it heats and presses from both sides. And its effective with several layers. I can highly recommend it and will be using my pressing mat daily. I wanted to add to this review, I have been using it a few days and have great results one with thicker seams it flattens my fabric really well. This is well worth the money!!!!

> 3 dayI have a mall table to press my quilt blocks on and this mat just fits perfectly. It doesnt slide around and I get a good crisp press. I use steam and I have noticed a wool smell from the heat but it isnt very strong as some have said and it isnt offensive. I would highly recommend these mats even tho they are a little pricey. Worth the money. Ive tried to use a couple of different pressing mats and prefer this one.

> 3 dayThis works better than a full size ironing board & if you are in a quilting group, very easy to tote around. I have a larger one also!!

> 3 daythis mat has a double purpose. I use it under my sewing machine and I use it for a small ironing board. Its not as stiff as I thought it would be so makes it a bit difficult to travel with. works well as a noise reducer when sewing, works well for ironing wee bits (as expected). Over all I am pleased.
