This is my second one because the first one lasted a year before the piece that plugs in overheated and shorted out. Bought this to replace it and even with full batteries, the remote on the new one has to be right next to the receiver to get the signal. Not Very remote on this new one.

It is an Inexpensive alternative of smart thermostat. I use it to control my tower heater, So that I can avoid over heating problem that I had previously. The temperature is not super accurate, but it do the job. I would recommend this if you live in a rental property where you cant use a smart thermostat.

Unit connected to smart life app after 5 tries, took 3 days to sync to Alexa. However, the unit does not detect tge current temperature, so its either on or off. I got the unit in order to have smart control over the heater, but without the current temp, setting a target temp has no effect. Additionally, unit keeps losing connection to network, so even turning on/off has to be done manually. Basically, this ended up being nothing more than a manual switch at the outlet instead of a networked, controllable device. Waste of money.

It doea exactly what it says it will, very easy to work with.

Easy to use, works well, just not for what we needed it for. We were going to plug a space heater in with it that doesnt have a temperature control, but it didnt seem to support it. Used fine with other lights and such, though. We did find a use for it, so at least there is that.

This is a nice product. Works well to turn my portable heater on and off throughout the day and night, keeping the room at a good temperature. The only thing is that it only shows celcius and so I had to learn the conversion.

the issue I have it has a bad spot on the display, makes it hard to read.they will return it ,but I live 25 miles one way its not worth the time, gas , to take it to a UPS or USPS store, so because of there lack of trust that the buyer is honest so they force you to send the old part back

on my rv popup my ac always was working until I buy this unit super nice and easy to setup

No batteries included, you need 2x 3A. Cryptic instructions in tiny text. Works great once you get past all that.
