Not as durable as I expected. It shattered after 4 months use. Was used with a bash guard on the crank, it broke during a climb. Ive had others that lasted longer, but I generally get six months. I also have has issues with teeth cracking. At retail price Id never buy it, but at the $25 price point its not bad compared to the more expensive competition.

I order this chaining because of all the good reviews I have read everywhere!! I have had no issue using this chainring and planning on buying more to have replacement to install once this one wears out. Arrived on time and undamged.. I will never use anything other than a single chaining with chain guide on my mountain bike. I gotten a brand new mountain bike and was plagued with chain coming off in every manner possible. I didnt trust riding my bike for the sake of beine killed. My bikes are very well taking care of so chain coming off wasnt because I was to lazy to do the up keep.

Chainring works as expected. The anodized blue is kind of faded and doesnt look as blue as in the pictures.

Excellent alternative to buying all the retention and guides as well. Were supposed to save weight right? I use it on my 1x9 26 single track mule. I never got out of my middle gear in front on the single tracks anyway so I thought Id give it a try. Taken it on 60 miles of 4 different tracks and worked great. Dropped once but my fault as after a dry sandy track I didnt drop some oil on it but did before the next lap and a champ.

I love this ring. I use a Sram X0 Type 2 rear derailleur with no chain guide in the front and It works great. I have not dropped a chain at all with this chain ring. My drive train is nice and quiet. I would buy it again.

I ride a mix of freeride and downhill. Lots of big jumps/big drops/roots/rocks/bumps/vibrations/etc. Paired this with a clutched derailleur as a 1x10 setup and I havent been able to drop a chain. I try, but it doesnt happen. Does just as good of a job keeping my chain on as a full chainguide did.

Worked for my needs and as described. No bent teeth or issues and love the way it looks
