If you want to convert 3x9 to 1x10 or 1x11, this is what you want. I use this chain ring on a full suspension mountain bike ridden on technical single trail and I like it. The bike is a 2010 Intense Spider FRO with 100mm of travel on front and rear on 26” wheels. It was previously a 3x10. The front derailleur has always been an issue on this bike due to a lack of clearance between the front derailleur and rear triangle. I actually had to grind off a section of the cage to stop it from rubbing on the rear triangle. Removing that derailleur and converting to a 1x11 XT system with this ring has given this bike a new life. After removing the old 3 rings, this 1x went on my 2010 RaceFace Next SL crankset with no issues and has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended.

If converting to 1x dont forget new bolts/washers.

Chainring works as expected. The anodized blue is kind of faded and doesnt look as blue as in the pictures.

This thing is amazing I have had it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. It works amazing and I havent had my chain drop. This can very well be run without a chain guide

    Greater than one week

Turned my mtb into a 1x10. The 32T ring is a great fit (added a one-up 42T to rear cassette). No more front derailleur, no more chain falling off, no more unwanted gear switching... love it!

Works great. Stopped my chain drop after going to a 1X set up.

Awesome sprocket but zero hardware comes with it. I cant get 4 screws with this 50$ piece of aluminum?

This N-W chainring is exactly what I needed for my Ibis Mojo SL 1x10 build last year. In previous 1x and single-speed builds using normal (not narrow-wide,) rings I have had major issues with chain drops both climbing and descending. So far I havent had a single dropped chain or other problem, and the ring itself looks great on the bike.
