1st trip two of four wheels were broken...pushed into case.

Bought this as a Christmas gift 2022, we used it for 1st time (small piece) in April 2023 this week and the zipper ripped! Unfortunately since we haven’t gone away till now the return date has passed. Hopefully Kenneth Cole can exchange small bag. This is the hard part about 3rd party buys on Amazon.

Light weight and I like the pockets inside

I purchased this for a shower gift for my daughter in law. The look is very stylish and loves the two zippered compartments inside. Keeps her items nicely organized.

I absolutely LOVE this suitcase. I’ve had another KCR suitcase with fabric, not hard shell, so I bought this because I loved the look. **THE ZIPPERS HAVE NEVER BROKEN in 2+ years on any of my KCR bags. I also have a laptop bag that has been use a lot. I’ll always buy this brand if I’m able to.

I only used the carry on once. The handle broke off and of the wheels fell off.
