> 3 daySo i bought a carry on one for myself for when i travel doing makeup and i got a much larger one for one of my friends that does drag because they had an old bag that was beat up and very hard to maneuver. I love the fact that it can expand deeper by about 2 inches which is a separate zipper from the main zipper. The handle doesnt get stuck and slides up and retracts easily. The wheels glide smoothly. I do winder though...is there a way to replace the wheels if something breaks because i dont know if these wheels.pop off but i feel all luggage should be made to ve able to replace. Sometimes you dont get to roll your bag over smooth surfaces and sometimes it can be gravel or concrete. The other thing to note is that because indont have to lean it back to move it, it puts less stress on my wrist and elbow. Havent taken it out for a spin tet on any journeys but will update if i do to tell how it holds up as far as scratches and dings

> 3 dayUsed the small bag twice and the zipper started to come apart. Did not have over stuffed and still did not hold up.

> 3 dayVery happy with this purchase. I had a carry-on size suitcase already but wanted a hard shell with a sturdier handle and this did not disappoint! I wish I had purchased the whole set now!

> 3 dayWell, the zipper on my 20 carry on split wide open in the airport today. The guy at Delta baggage check was good enough to wrap it up with some packing tape and that got me from Salt Lake to San Antonio. I bought this luggage for myself for Christmas in mid-November 2021. Its now July 31st 2022 and Im sitting in a San Antonio hotel room trying to figure out if I can get home with luggage straps or not. Heres hoping! This was not a cheap set and I feel like it should have at least made it through a year of use. I wish the seller would reach out to me to fix this.

> 3 dayLoved the suit case until it broke in the first week of using! One of the wheels broke off and it made it harder to maneuver on my trip and through the airports. Bummed that I missed the return window by a week (since i was on my vacation still) and now I’m stuck with a $90 broken suitcase.

> 3 dayI bought all 4 pcs of Kenneth Coles luggage for my trip to Australia. The handles completely broke off the side and the top of the 28” luggage and the stitching on the zipper of the backpack completely came undone so every time I went through Security on 8 flights my personal items fell out on the conveyer belt. I had to beg Air New Zealand and Jetstar to accept my large luggage to get it back to the US and return it to Amazon. I have never had luggage disintegrate like this before and taping the handiest back on didn’t work. Never again! The luggage failed at durability.

> 3 dayThis suitcase is great but I had to return it since it does not have an in-built lock. I am not talking about TSA lock, it just doesnt have a lock. You can use your own lock on the zipper but I dont want to do that in 2022. :P

> 3 daySo beautiful! Bought this for my daughter when she fly’s home on her holiday breaks from college. It’s perfect, great quality, sturdy, gorgeous and passes Southwest Airlines carry on size requirements. She absolutely loves it.
