Purchased one - zipper broke after ONE use, was so nervous it was going to burst open on the way home due to the zipper ripping. I thought that maybe it was just a lemon and decided to purchase another one because I loved the fantastic maneuverability of the wheels and sadly THE VERY SAME THING HAPPENED A SECOND TIME! Zipper is awful but everything else is great.

Order suitcase as it was a nice color and the brand typically is sturdy. Unfortunately use it for the first time for a family trip and discovered it was already pulling away from the seams and I had not completely pack the bag nor ever expanded it. Also found multiple cracks around wheel and handle. My trip was by car definitely wouldn’t survive any airplane excursion. Completely wasted my money. What a disappointment.

Purchased for week long Florida trip-able to pack clothes, 3 pair of shoes and a light jacket in the shell carry on after expanded. Easy to lift and maneuver walking. Loved the tote with the Velcro strap. Very happy with purchase.

This is the cutest set!! I love everything about it. Perfect carry on size and the shoulder bag that comes with it is perfect to stow under your seat. Highly recommend!

Only used this suitcase 2 times and the zipper is ripping! So very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I bought all 4 pcs of Kenneth Coles luggage for my trip to Australia. The handles completely broke off the side and the top of the 28” luggage and the stitching on the zipper of the backpack completely came undone so every time I went through Security on 8 flights my personal items fell out on the conveyer belt. I had to beg Air New Zealand and Jetstar to accept my large luggage to get it back to the US and return it to Amazon. I have never had luggage disintegrate like this before and taping the handiest back on didn’t work. Never again! The luggage failed at durability.

This suitcase was great until after only 3 trips in 4 months the wheel ripped off and took some of the exterior ABS casing with it. Now completely unusable. Very disappointed indeed. I would like a refund. Thanks.

After 1 use, one of the wheels broke off, wtf! And then Amazon customer service wouldnt accept the return. Bought this during prime day, Im so disappointed with both the item and how customer service treated me. Now I have to pay out of pocket for new luggage after having invest $100+ just a couple of months ago. So upset.
