I was so excited to get this and then it arrived with a broken zipper, for the price it should not have any issues. I won’t order big purchases like this from amazon, could have gotten better quality from macy’s for cheaper. The only positive was the color looks good and the 28 is large and looks like it would fit a lot.

Needed a last minute suitcase for a 10 day trip and this was perfect! Heavy duty yet lightweight and has so many compartments to organize your things. Definitely recommend!

I used this luggage once, and the handles broke off. The screws to secure the handles weren’t sturdy enough.

Love this carryon! It maneuvered well through the airport. I got the black with gold accents and it’s pretty and stylish. The gold accents help to identify your bag quickly when it has to be valeted.

This probably is the best suitcase I own!

This is the best and most beautiful luggage i’ve ever owned. i bought it for a trip and it looks nice and fitted ALL my 22 outfits that i took. The small one is the perfect carry on. only complain i have is that it got all scratched thanks to TSA but it has nothing to do with the product and all to do with careless workers.

Used once and wheel was broken off after flight

Great luggage set, moves super smooth but the zipper broke after ONE trip. It completely busted while zipping it up now I have to deal with returning this.

Purchased one - zipper broke after ONE use, was so nervous it was going to burst open on the way home due to the zipper ripping. I thought that maybe it was just a lemon and decided to purchase another one because I loved the fantastic maneuverability of the wheels and sadly THE VERY SAME THING HAPPENED A SECOND TIME! Zipper is awful but everything else is great.
