> 3 dayZipper does not hold up, even with light use. What a waste of money.

> 3 dayThis product is great. Love the layout of the inside with pockets and sections but the handle is made of plastic and it seems flimsy, like if the bag gets too heavy and I adjust

> 3 dayAbsolutely love the smoothness of the luggage, the space and it’s so chic. My daughter took over it and I need to buy another one. Love!

Greater than one weekBuy it. I was looking for my first luggage since I would be traveling, i needed a 20’ to be able to use as a carry on. The luggage was perfect!! I can’t express how much I love the wheels and how smooth it was to use, it was spacious enough to place my limited clothes but it had compartments to keep my things organized. Do yourself a favor and BUY IT. great hard quality and super luxurious luggage, it’s worth the price. Completely impressed with it!

> 3 dayDO NOT BUY! Buyer beware! I was so excited to use my new luggage for the FIRST TIME on my trip to Mexico. This suitcase was thin and light, but I thought it was a good brand so it didnt worry me. It didnt even make it off the airplane without being broken. I picked it up from baggage claim and it the wheel was completely missing and there was a big hole in my suitcase. I NEVER leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I even purchased the smaller bags to match so I had a full set and now Im afraid to use those. Im outside the return window so Im stuck...even though I never even got one full use out of it. DO NOT BUY! Trust me. Keep looking.

> 3 dayBought in November ‘22; super cute case, bought the matching carry on bag as well, easy to wheel. Went to New York in December and then Canada for Christmas, just used it last weekend for a trip to Fort Worth. I didn’t over fill it, I gently used the zipper and only used as a carry on (never as checked luggage) and the zipper is completely broken; return window has closed and I can’t contact the seller. Very disappointed for the price.

> 3 dayI loved how lightweight and easily maneuverable this case was, and took it on several trips without issue! I’ve had it for under a year, and taken it on maybe 4 trips. On this trip, one of the wheels broke off. Really a pity because I loved the case, but clearly not sturdy enough.

> 3 dayLoved the suit case until it broke in the first week of using! One of the wheels broke off and it made it harder to maneuver on my trip and through the airports. Bummed that I missed the return window by a week (since i was on my vacation still) and now I’m stuck with a $90 broken suitcase.
