Pretty looking, light weight and large.

I ordered 2 items but one was damaged so I returned for a replacement.

The suitcase is pretty, sturdy, and rolls really easily even when it is fully stuffed. I wish it was a bit lighter, but its still great.

Well, the zipper on my 20 carry on split wide open in the airport today. The guy at Delta baggage check was good enough to wrap it up with some packing tape and that got me from Salt Lake to San Antonio. I bought this luggage for myself for Christmas in mid-November 2021. Its now July 31st 2022 and Im sitting in a San Antonio hotel room trying to figure out if I can get home with luggage straps or not. Heres hoping! This was not a cheap set and I feel like it should have at least made it through a year of use. I wish the seller would reach out to me to fix this.

They are perfect to travel with and gave me absolutely zero issues! I worry about baggage malfunctions, especially when traveling alone, but it was so easy to get through the airport with these. Lightweight yet very durable. Have received many compliments on how they look too!

Today is the first time using this luggage and the wheel broke. I purchased this item for Christmas. Do not buy this brand of luggage!

I used it just twice and paid $249 for the large and the carryon. This is the large one. Its broken just after my second flight. What a huge waste of money!!!!!

Purchased one - zipper broke after ONE use, was so nervous it was going to burst open on the way home due to the zipper ripping. I thought that maybe it was just a lemon and decided to purchase another one because I loved the fantastic maneuverability of the wheels and sadly THE VERY SAME THING HAPPENED A SECOND TIME! Zipper is awful but everything else is great.

Looks nice, but zipper broke after first use.
