> 24 hourThe stitching that keeps the zipper intact came off in the first use and I had to buy a belt from the airport to keep my stuff in the luggage so that it doesn’t open on the baggage claim conveyer belt. Need a refund or a replacement.

> 24 hourI wanted to love this set. The backpack is great. The suitcase is a different story. Its very lightweight and had enough room for a 5 day trip to the Caribbean. I didnt over the pack the bag at all. I didnt need to use the extension part. HOWEVER, the stitching around the zipper came apart by the edge. Once the stitching unraveled the zipper separated from the bag. I have to return home with a bag that I have no clue will stay together. I would suggest the company try different threading or stitching to uphold the bag.

> 24 hourI waited to use my suitcases, and both broke on the first time use. The carry on suitcase wheel broke and had a crack. The check bag zipper broke off and caused a rip on the zipper line, then the second zipper got caught on the area that was messed up and broke as well. These suitcases are really cute but poor quality for the cost.

> 24 hourOne of the wheels was broken before we were even finished packing on the large case. The plastic that attaches the wheel to the case is very flimsy. We havent used the smaller case yet. Its a shame because other than that they are lightweight and seemingly decent bags. But if they cant hold up to one session of being packed and picked up onto their wheels. how are they going to look after a trip through baggage handlng? Still waiting to get this one back from the airlines though, so hard to say what it looks like now!
