> 24 hourI spent about a week reading reviews, watching youtube video reviews, and researching for a good gaming mouse before making this purchase. I play mostly strategy games and MMOs. I wanted something durable, accurate, and macro capable. Ive strictly been a Logitech and Steel Series owner in the past. My last mouse was a pricey Steel Series which recently needed to be replaced due to the right click button failing. Ive never had that happen before, so was willing to possibly try a different brand. The Redragon Perdition is basically the same as what Razor and Logitech offer, but for half the price. If you know gaming mice then you know which ones Im talking about. The DPI capability on the Perdition is insanely high, overkill for my requirements. I keep my profiles between 1200 and 4800. Yes it has 5 DPI profile settings, easily switchable with the two buttons directly behind the scroll wheel. A bonus is having these two buttons also be programmable. The scroll wheel is not a tilt wheel, but fine for what I use it for. I love the left fire button and have it currently programmed with my favorite macro. The side buttons are taking me a while to get used to, but I almost have the feel down. They are canted which help a lot. I stick with the first two rows of 1-6 mostly. The last row, buttons 10-12, are to far back for my large hand to comfortably use frequently. I have had to change my grip a little with this mouse. Its not small but I wouldnt describe it as big either. Its roughly the same size as my last Steel Series mouse. This mouse is very light, even with all the weights in. This will probably ease fatigue for a lot of gamers. However, I wish each weight were more grams, but thats personal preference. The grip is a rough texture which I like, not smooth or slick. It has changing lights for the button and logo, for those who care. The scroll wheel light changes based on your profile and is the indicator to show you which profile you are using. The software is simple but functional. You can bind keyboard keys and define macros with delays. It does look like you can do a loop, but I havent tried that yet. Gold plated USB connector check. Braided cord check. Avago laser check. Omron switches check (although personally these switches are a mixed bag sometimes). Standard Teflon feet or skids with a replacement set included check. NOTE: I updated my Nvidia driver at the same time as installing this new mouse and have been experiencing some crashes. Im pretty sure its the new graphics driver, but Im not certain my profiles are sticking ... so only 4 stars. If I keep having issues with the profiles then I will submit for a replacement. Otherwise this is a 5 star product and I am very pleased. Definitely worth the money and a strong competitor for very similar products that cost much more.

> 24 hourI bought this mouse about 2 years ago and have been using it ever since. The side buttons are really useful for a lot of games, I always hate using the top row number keys and this has been really great for that. The programmable DPI is really useful, easy to switch between on the fly, and I never forget which mode Im on since you can program a different color for each DPI. I only have a couple complaints. First off, the triple click button only seems to work in Windows and not in any games. This is understandable since I can see how a lot of games, especially competitive ones, would not want to allow macros like that. If you can find a game that uses it, great, just dont expect it to work in every game. My other complaint is that my scroll wheel has been really buggy, hence why Im buying another one. When I scroll it skips and stutters and it is nearly useless now. This has happened after daily use for 2 years, but I was really hoping it would have lasted longer. I dont know if this is user error from getting something in the scroll wheel or because the parts are wearing out. But either way, the mouse is only about $33 so its not a big loss. Im sure there are better mice out there, but I have really gotten used to the feel of this one and have gotten a lot of use out of its features so I would rather just buy another one of these than try and hunt down something thats better AND has all of the same functions.

> 24 hourI have owned this mouse for about two years now. I bought it roughly when I built my computer, and since Im a broke college kid on a budget, I wanted a Cool Gaming Mouse(TM) without breaking the bank. I found this lil thing here and two years later, it works like I just took it out of the box. Keep in mind, this thing has been through some stuff; Ive taken it to friends houses, to and from classes, back and forth from home and my apartment, its been crammed into more backpacks and lockers than a nerd in an 80s movie, and had its fair share of soda or crumbs spilled on it. It keeps trucking through all of this nonsense and I like the protected cord in particular, as its quite long and the nylon(?) coating protects it from my new kitten. Of course, like any mouse, it can get weirdly covered with gunk but thats easy to solve by just running a toothpick through the accumulation of whatever it is. If you get extended use out of it like I have, Im just starting to notice the places where the oil in my skin have worn down the outside of the mouse (i.e. where you click the mouse button and my most used buttons on the side). I play MMOs and some shooters usually everyday for at least a couple of hours, so keep that in mind. The only reason it doesnt have five stars is because I wish it had more lighting options. Like with Razer mice, you have the option to totally customize your stuff and have every color of the rainbow cycle through the mouse in a psychedelic fashion. This doesnt have that, but I kinda assumed as much when I bought it, so I wasnt too let down. You can still choose every color of the rainbow, but cant make it cycle through like an acid trip. That being said, this is a really sturdy mouse that has been through thick and thin with me and I have never actually had a single problem with it. Very solid 9/10 mouse with the only drawback being no lighting effect other than the breathing effect. Dunno why it took me so long to review this thing; if it lets me edit my review later, I can add pics to back up my statements.

> 24 hourThis isnt my first gaming mouse. The first one Ive owned was a Havit-MS735 mouse that I used for three years. It had the same button layout, but I decided to finally replace the Havit mouse because of two key issues: 1) the software it came with for updating the button layout sucked. It crashed so often it made it nearly impossible to switch between key configuration profiles. 2) The paint on the mouse started peeling after years of being in contact with my sweaty tryhard palms From what I can tell this Redragon Perdition 3 mouse fixed both of those problems. The software is similar in terms of its graphic user interface of the Havit mouse (same keybind, color change, and DPI setting options), but the Redragon program actually works at updating the key configurations and swaps between them flawlessly. Also, theres no cheap paint anywhere on this Redragon mouse. After 2 weeks of using the mouse right out of the box, it has an unexpected and satisfying rough texture that I fear will smooth out over time. But it looks like its got a long way to go before the paint starts peeling. It was a breeze for me to adjust to using this mouse largely in part due to the attachable weights that can make the mouse feel lighter or heavier to your liking. Finally, I was initially hesitant about buying this mouse due to all the reviews that said reaching the side buttons with their thumbs was awkward / uncomfortable. Im glad I ignored those reviews and bought this mouse anyway. I dont have any trouble reaching the side buttons. Granted, it feels quite natural to me since my last mouse had the same button layout. But regardless of how big your hands are, most people will eventually adjust to be able to access all side buttons with ease. People learn, grow, and adapt. Simple as that.

> 24 hourI must say very impressed with the m901 . I have been using a g502 for about 6 months . I had a redragon m711 laying around and could not believe how much more accurate i was using it than my g502 . I just wish it had more buttons to macro to . Was going to purchase another 90 dollar mouse like several brands i have here with a few more buttons and figured i play so well with a old redragon m711 mouse and a love my kumara k552 keyboard over my others give them another shot . Glad i did very accurate in game play software is rock steady and easy to use left click seems to be really fast no lag like i experienced on my 502 . adjustable weight system. Myself i remove all weights it is feather light and easy to maneuver .I highly recommenced this mouse to any one playing fortnite . I have zero ties to redragon or any other manufacturer unlike allot of online video reviewers we all get our info from . But here are what i feel the only cons to this mouse are . cons Download for program is in rar format .Fix ( go to windows store and get free app. to convert R.A.R. file for windows pc .) But software is very good once installed Size and shape I have large Hands I feel it could be a little longer and a little taller .{ Redragon if you made one using the m11 body made the m11 body taller ? thicker to allow side buttons and only put 9 buttons to make them a little larger you would take the market i believe . But you did hit a home run with this mouse Give it a shot you will not regret

> 24 hourI did not purchase this for gaming purposes but rather to help me at work. I have program the 1-12 buttons with various shortcuts to help my efficiency at work. It definitely is handy to be able to have all of those buttons readily available and I do not have to reposition my hand. I simply navigate my thumb to the appropriate button. It helps that each row is raised and on a angle so that you know where you are without looking. I thought I would use the red “fire” button as one of the main function keys I use but it is a little too far out of the way to really streamline the functionality of the mouse. I used it at first but then just reprogrammed the 1-12 and in doing so, just feels more natural. That would be one of the cons for me as I was looking for something like this to use at work I was hoping to be able to use that specific button more regularly but there are plenty of buttons to choose from. My only other issue (I believe may subside over time) is that the usb cable/wire is still very stiff and when my hand is not on it the mouse tends to slowly move. I think it is because the cable wants to coil back up. Hopefully that goes away over time and with more use as I believe it should relax. Overall this mouse is worth every penny. Like I said I’m not gaming with it although it feels like it at work. I can honestly say it is helping me be more efficient at work. ***This is my second purchase of this mouse. I bought one for one of my sons for Christmas specifically for gaming and after asking how he liked it, I decided to purchase one for work***

> 24 hourIm liking this mouse. I was torn because I almost went 4 stars but as you can see Im going with 5. I was thinking 4 stars because the left and right click buttons seem really touchy. When I first started using it I would sometimes click the left button by mistake because I was not used to how easy it clicked. But I dont want to blame the mouse on this. I think it seemed so easy because of the cheapo mouse that I was using before was just that hard to click. After using this mouse for a few days Ive gotten used to it and am now loving it. For gaming it is AWESOME!!! I was worried it would be hard to press the correct thumb button but it is not. The way it is set up it is easy to feel the correct button (for firing grenades, or switching between weapons) . This mouse seems to fit my hand perfectly. I usually wear a XL Mechanic Glove (But I can fit into a L Mechanic Glove I just like a little more room). That being said I have Large to XLarge hands. Im not sure how well this mouse would work if you have petite hands. Im not saying it wouldnt. Im sure people with smaller hands would learn how to use it too. Maybe some of the farther back thumb buttons would be a little uncomfortable to reach but do you really need ALL 12???? lol I set my games so the items I use the LEAST get assigned the 10, 11, 12 buttons. Ok one other thing that I am a little disappointed in is the RED Fire button. I was thinking this was a extra button that I can program to do something completely different from the left click button.. It seems that it is not. It is basically just the LEFT CLICK button that you can program to double click or triple click (if you click the red fire button one time you get a double click out of it). I dont want to deduct a star for this for a few reasons. 1 I still like the mouse and Im sure down the road Ill find use for a double click in a game, and 2 it may be possible to program it to do something completely different but I just have not figured out how to do it yet. So for now Im keeping my 5 star review. I really do like this mouse and I would recommend it to others looking for an affordable gaming mouse. If I could I would rate this 4.5 stars.

> 24 hourUPDATED after 9 months of continuous use gaming. Pros: - Construction is generally acceptable, no flimsy plastic or misaligned parts or other such nonsense that you sometimes get out of knockoff brands. - Adjustable internal weights. I put them on a scale accurate down to the milligram; I found only 0.015g variation between the heaviest and lightest weights so thats good enough for me. They arent for lab use, after all. - Software drivers that actually work. Razer did finally work most of the kinks out of theirs but most of the other clones have this as an Achilles Heel. Even Corsair struggles with software, their mice are great but the drivers are trash. - Good button placement and ergonomic design. Ive been using MMO-style keypad mice for as long as theyve been on the market, and this feels right to me. Cons: - The scroll wheel light color is permanently out of sync with the light color of the rest of the mouse. You can adjust the color in the drivers, but you cant fix this problem by any means Ive found. Does not affect function, but it looks absurd and will annoy you if youre picky about such things. This is aside from the fact that its a mouse covered in colored lights with a dragon logo on it; some guys like that, but we all know its just gamer bling. - The driver software is pretty much what you expect from a Chinese team on a limited budget. Brutally efficient and packed with typos. No seriously, expect typos on the main menu selections and grammar so simplistic you can tell it came from a dictionary. Again, doesnt hinder function, but you will shake your head at the jankiness of this. - THE BIG ONE: after roughly nine months of use, the left mouse button now double clicks occasionally. Its mostly tolerable now but its a familiar problem, in a couple months it will be completely unusable. This gives the mouse roughly half the lifespan of my previous Razer Naga, at about half the price. I wasnt terribly satisfied with the lifespan on the Naga, since I had an OG Naga from 2008 still working fine to this day but scuffed up. What does it take to get a durable mouse with good drivers these days? In summary, its a Chinese knockoff that works about as well as what it imitates, while being even less durable despite looking and feeling pretty tough. Its not a bad choice for a budget mouse if you need a new one now and dont have the cash for anything better at the moment. I was initially actually very happy with it, it gives a strong first impression in most respects, but breaking in under a year is a pretty big black mark, only saved from being worthless by the fact that its quite cheap and functional while it lasts. If youre able to get a longer lifespan from it, it could be a good value.

> 24 hourI had a Death Adder and loved it but felt I needed more buttons as I wanted to get away from the reach of my G key macros from my keyboard. I felt I could be more efficient with the extra mouse buttons. I checked Amazon and ran across the Redragon lines. Unknown to me but they looked pretty good. I decided though I had some christmas gift cards from BB and I decided I loved my Adder so much why not go Naga. I tested it on the setup at BB and it felt alright albeit a bit smaller than the Adder but I went with it. I got home and within 20 minutes I seen my error. The shape of the naga is not the same as the Adder. What I mean the curvature of an Adder curves all the way to the mouse pad. The naga at the end of its curve has about a 1 drop to the mousepad. Very uncomfortable for my play style and worried long term use might cause issues in my wrist. I immediately took it back and got a new mechanical keyboard that I was planning on adding eventually so I could get the use out of my gift cards. This left me with still wanting a mouse so as soon as I got home I looked at Redragon again. I looked at the picture gallery of the mouse to see how its curvature worked. The pictures showed me it was similar to my Adder so I gave it a go. I got it a few days later as a Prime member so 5 stars on the shipping Amazon! The feel was close to my Adder. Not 100% which I never expected would be. It is slightly smaller in size but bigger than the Naga. What was important was the feel with the wrist. It feels great. Now that I got the feel lets get to the mouse dynamics: It has a ring finger rest. Not horrible just never have had one in the past. I feel I will get used to it. Dont get attached to the sound of 16400 DPI. If you can manage that kind of sensitivity you are beyond belief. That is just too much but thankfully it is highly adjustable. Mouse scroll feel good. Different than the adder but in a good way for me. Smoother without being too smooth. The mouse material is different for me as well. It is not distracting but I think if you get a sweaty palm or something else that causes your hand to want to slide it wont on this mouse. It is pretty subtle feel but you can sense it. The software that it comes with did not take long to figure out how to adjust. This is my first MMO mouse so it is a learning experience for me on side button configuration but I feel I got it on lock down now. The red button on the left of your left click button if your a first person shooter is an amazing burst fire. Instead of mash and hold and having a bad spray pattern this will have you in tight shape. The chord is that expensive mouse style of braided quality. If your into that then you will be happy. Every bit as good as my Adder. If your not well that is just how the more expensive ones seem to be now. Now the final part which is why I took the star off is the 12 button side buttons. If you were to sit the mouse on its side and looked at the angles of the buttons they form a contour in the shape of a w 1-6 no prob to get to but 7-12 take effort to be accurate. Luckily I dont think I will need to get that deep into them. I have them bound right now to the least needed abilities but it is clunky to do regardless. The buttons are not difficult to press but they are just your typical buttons. The Naga has mechanical these are not. To me that is no big issues. I only deducted the star for the difficulty of the back 6. I hated doing so but want to give an accurate depiction of the mouse. Finally the biggest thing that almost gave it back that 5th star is the price. Naga 65-70 and Logitech is up there as well for their MMO mouse you cannot beat the price tag of the Redragon. So in conclusion if you are debating whether to take a chance on it over the bigger names of Razer or Logitech to name a few then do so. It is a great mouse thus far after a week of use. If it changes I will readjust but thus far I am very satisfied.
