> 3 dayFantastic device. Never even knew these things existed. Much better than an actual light bulb or heating mat. I have this hooked up to a thermostat and it heats a far bigger area than a couple heating mats could ever.

> 3 dayI got this for use in my hedgehogs plastic tub along with a thermostat, and so far its been working great. It adequately heats the tub to the ideal 75 degrees.

> 3 dayI bought this item for my aviary. It warm up only 1 feet diameter and the power was weaker than I expected. It is good for a fish tank animal, but not for an aviary.

> 3 dayIm using this for a bearded dragon, at 12-14 inches from basking log it keeps the temps at around 95-100F degrees. This is on a 40g terrarium, the cool side stays around 75 and the floor is around 85 which is like 16-18 inches from lamp. I didnt get a lamp fixture with a dimmer or thermostat, but this works out just fine for now. I highly recommend this for high temp reptiles.
