> 3 dayI was worried that it would mess up my steam deck, or that I would mess it up installing it. I just followed the instructions online. Make sure to take out your micro SD card and make sure to unplug the battery! And replace the metal heat shield from the stock one to your sabrent. No difference in battery only better faster storage!!!!

> 3 dayUpgraded my 64GB Steamdeck to 512GB with this, works insanely well and even loads games a bit faster than the 512GB factory Steamdeck. If you do this REMOVE YOUR SD CARD BEFORE DISSASSEMBLY! This is apparently a pretty noob mistake to make but oops, the outer shell will snap the micro-sd card in half. Great drive, 10/10 especially for the 90ish USD I spent.

> 3 dayEdit, figured it all out, its in my thinkpad x1 nano gen1 (with extension) and Im getting much better throughput than the OEM 2240 drive. This is a solid upgrade! R 5.190G W 3.947G, huge increase over stock, about 3G/2.2G. .. Put it in an SSD to usb-c enclosure to get things ready to clone a laptop. The Acronis software downloaded from the sabrent website did not recognize the SSD. It suggested a firmware update. There is no firmware update on the site. So the software was not available as stated, no worries, lots of other options even the trial acronis, which worked great. Be careful with the case, theres a magnet in it for some reason, this can hurt some electronics and credit cards. No idea why they would put a magnet in the case.

> 3 dayJust order one that came a way early than expected. I received in a perfect condition, in a metal box with project foam carved around the ssd, so... free of damage. Installed in my 64gb Steam deck using the product video as reference. Everything works fine! Now I got a 1tb steam deck that was cheaper than a 512gb version.

> 3 dayWorked like a charm with the steam deck. Price was pretty high but at half price seems like a fairly good deal.

> 3 dayThe surface pro 7+ and 8 while support the form factor only seems to support up to gen 3 as gen 4 has a higher power requirement which leads to system crashes

> 3 dayInstalled this in my steam deck to replace the 64gb factory SSD. Followed a YouTube tutorial. Installation was fairly straight forward. Has been working flawlessly since without any issues.

> 3 dayFollowed Microsofts standard guide for a complete offline re-install of Windows 11 for my Surface Pro 9 using the official image, with the 1TB Sabrent swapped in for the original 256GB drive I had. No issues at all.
