The surface pro 7+ and 8 while support the form factor only seems to support up to gen 3 as gen 4 has a higher power requirement which leads to system crashes

The packaging of this product is really good. The first shipment was lost so they shipped me a second one. It comes in a compact metal box, which is not much bigger than the SSD itself. Very well protected for shipping. The overall performance of the SSD is excellent, but I would expect it for the price it comes in and the brand. It will be a spare one for me at this time since I already have another M.2 SSD installed on my lenovo. Initial tests indicate its high performance. Overall love it. PS I have a mini-PC and will install it there soon.

Work great with Surface pro 7+

Bought this to upgrade internal storage on the lowest cost steam deck. Installation was a breeze, and after following instructions to re-flash the OS, had 1TB of storage. Easy install, just be careful when removing the battery cable to not short out whatever tool youre using against the motherboard. I would suggest using something plastic with a sharp, thin tip to ease out the battery plug.

I upgraded from a 64gb Nvme to this 1tb ssd and I have to say, this is incredibly perfect! Before I upgraded, I was struggling to keep stuff on my Nvme mainly because shaders and cache CONSTANTLY kept eating the space I had and it was a nightmare. I knew I needed to get this and it was so worth it! It was nervewrecking at first but once I was able to remove the battery, it became easy for me. I recommend this.

Instalado en steam deck de 64 gb siguiendo el tutorial algo muy fácil hasta para alguien sin experiencia aunque la steam mueve juegos desde una micro SD de forma fácil no hay nada mejor que tener esta memoria de 1tb con una velocidad exelente para cargar todos tus juegos aaa solo recuerden la funda metalica que trae la memoria por defecto tendrán que abrirla con cuidado y ponercela a esta ya que es unos milímetros más gruesa pero solo eso cerrar la steam cargar el sistema operativo con una pc y una usb y listo
