> 3 dayThese locks are great and very easy to install. They keep my 15 month old son out of the kitchen cabinets especially the cleaning products cabinet. I love that the locks can be set to lock or unlock with the flip of a button on the lock itself, so when he gets older and we dont have to worry about his getting into the cabinets we can leave them unlocked instead of having to take the locks off.

> 3 dayWe are very pleased with these magnetic locks. They can be a bit involved to install, but once theyre in, then they are very simple to use. The manufacturer was kind enough to include a sticky guides to make the installation a little easier, but when you are installing so many of them - it gets a bit exhausting. The only other disappointment I had was that we could not install these locks in a few of our ikea drawers as the locks were too big to fit the space; as a result, we had to improvise with other locks. In the end, I would (and have) recommend these to as many friends as possible!

> 3 dayTOOLS- Ruler, Pencil, small tipped Screwdriver, Basic Math Skills Not that hard to install if you... 1) Ditch the enclosed instructions & templates 2) Open the cabinet door 3) From the TOP edge of cabinet door, measure DOWN to where you want the TOP of the lock to be located (keep it simple w/ whole numbers-3 or 4 inches should do!) 4) Mark spot on the INSIDE edge of the DOOR (Remember- this will be the height of the TOP edge of the Lock) 5) Close the door 6) Again, from TOP edge measure same distance down but... 7) Mark spot on OUTSIDE of frame 8) Open the door 9) Place the Strike Plates TOP edge level w/ frame mark AND flush with the front edge of frame (the FLAT side of the Plate MUST FACE OUT!) 10) Screw in the Strike Plate TRICKY PART- The Strike Plates I have are all 7/16th of an inch across the FLAT side. To eliminate clearance problems & ensure smooth closing I increase this to 1/2 inch in my calculations. 1) Close the door 2) Mark the edge of your Door on the OUTSIDE of your frame 3) Open the door 4) Measure from new mark to the edge of the opening on the inside 5) ADD a 1/2 inch to this measure 6) On the INSIDE edge of your door (at the original height mark), measure your calculated distance INWARD & mark with a line (this is where the TOP edge of the LOCK should go) Example- 4 inches DOWN from top and 1-1/8 inches INWARD from side 7) Screw the TOP screw into the lock & test for proper closure 8) Adjust as needed & install 2nd screw 8) Erase pencil marks and enjoy

Greater than one weekThe locks cost more then others on Amazon but it includes the screws and drill holes to fully secure the locks on your cabinets. Just dont feel adhesive locks are good enough to hold against a strong kid.

> 3 dayThese locks work well. I like that little one cant get her fingers pinched. The flexibility over other brands to install the lock at the top or side of the cabinet door is nice. Installation was a challenge. On our cabinet, the installation template didnt work. I ended up drilling 3 sets of holes on the first door. I figured out that I shouldnt use the template to determine the placement of holes on the door.

> 3 dayAs much as I hate to install these things, they really are the best quality baby locks. The doors and drawers stay completely shut so baby cant catch a finger. I suggest buying sticky felt circles to put on the face of the door where your magnet will go. It helps locate where to put the magnet but also prevents wearing a spot in them.

Greater than one weekThese are great! Keep the cabinets locked like they should. Like other reviews, they are difficult to install with the directions so I just put a piece of double sided tape on the back, lined them up on the cabinets so they would lock, made sure they worked before screwing them down. Worked a whole lot better than the weird templates that came with them. This set only comes with one key which will suck if I lose it. Otherwise I would never buy any other type of child locks for cabinets. Kids are just too smart & figure them out to quickly. Great price for the amount of locks you get but the shipping was kind of slow.

> 3 dayi had originally purchased the safety first spring n release latch and that was a complete failure. some of them broke off or just got bent so it didnt engage the lock. so when i moved into a new home, i purchased these instead and what a world of difference! these are significantly more expensive, but its worth it. it can be a little tricky to open; you have to hold the key in just the right spot to get the magnet to unlock (you can hear it). however, once you get use to it, you can open it very quickly. and the other thing i really like about it is that you can manually switch it to a unlocked position which is nice if youre having to constantly open a drawer/cabinet; and when youre ready to have it locked again, just switch it back over.

> 3 dayI dont want to give this one star but.... I bought these and installed three of them, simple to do, and they work great, actually ordered more before I even finished this project because I liked how well they work. But, the last lock I went to install was broken and would not lock with out some great effort... something I was not willing to do. I tried everything I know possible to find a way to contact the manufacturer and tell them this one was broken and please send me a replacement. I was not about to uninstall three I had already installed! NOTHING... I have no way to contact the seller and try to get this fixed so, I have to give them 1 star for customer support and the fact that I am no out one lock that I needed to keep my kiddos safe. If they contact me after reading this I will gladly give them a great rating but right now, I have no other recourse!

> 3 dayInstallation pretty easy once you complete the first lock (maybe 30 minutes to install 3 locks, and I am not a very handy person) Our little one has not been able to open the cabinets since installing these locks. The best part is the disable feature which allows us to leave the locks unlocked if we are constantly going to be using a certain cabinet for that time. Also recommended for grandparents because they can leave the locks disabled when grandchild is not around, rather than constantly having to deal with child locks at all times. Very happy so far, going on 1 month and no regrets!
