SSD was a breeze to install and re-image from a saved image of my current HDD using the Windows create image and restore image built-in tools. I had updated my 12 year old Lenovo T530 to Windows 11. By doing so resulted in some slow-down at certain times of the day. By installing this SSD, computer is much faster in booting up as well as using applications or going to the internet. Installing this SSD has essentially made the purchase of a new laptop computer unnecessary since mine now performs like a new one. Very pleased and highly recommend this SSD. note: SSD comes with a 5 year warranty and a 1,200 TBW (terabytes written) rating which will take the average PC user up to 10 - 15 years to ever reach - whisper quiet, very low power consumption.

> 3 daythe first one i got was DOA, so Amazon sent out a replacement within a day. was able to go into search, type in PART and partition it without any issues. the other one wouldnt even be recognized by the system, hence the DOA part. remember, always do a partition when installing these. at least on win. 8.1

Greater than one weekI bought two of the 4 TB models. Both are experiencing increasing random corruption of files. A quick google search shows this is a very common problem. And worse, it appears several other models are having failures too.
