    This is a great product and was very easy to install, did not have any issues installing and getting computer to recognize this drive. Did not rate Tech Support since it was not needed. Only thing that I think should be included with this drive is some mounting screws since my computer tower already had positions for a couple SSDs. Would definitely recommend this item.
