I bought this with a StartTech SATA III to USB 3.1 to use on my Xbox Series X for extra storage and it works. The loading times are miles ahead of what I was getting when using my external hard drive where I would get some games to freeze or take forever to load. This one for last gen games are tad bit slower then when I played the games from the internal storage.

I tried a cheaper version which failed during its first use. Spend the money and buy this Samsung brand. Quality and product support is worth everything.

Used this to upgrade the hard drive in my PS4 Pro. Big difference in load times, everything probably loads in half the time. Love the extra space for game saves, etc. too. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to install.

Upgraded my 10 year old Toshiba Satellite that i got years ago. Drastically improved performance. I got this after installing 860 EVO in my fathers home computer after his HD crashed. We both agreed this hard drive made it alot quicker. Also installed a 1TB 870 EVO in my Xbox One X. It is awesome!
