Greater than one weekNot sure why I bought this, other than my prebuilt computer motherboard having a M.2 slot. I can say this, the SSD is the fastest drive I have ever witnessed. Took me a minute or two to get Windows to recognize it, but with the help of google I got it working. As now it has all my games on it where my standard SSD has windows on it. It probably makes no sense to some people, but I am learning how to clone windows to the M.2 as it will help with boot time. Enough talking look at the pictures.

Greater than one weekGetting 3350 MB/s read, 1836 MB/s write. Working beautifully, highly recommended as boot drive with ASRock X370 PRO4 AM4 AMD Promontory X370 mobo and Ryzen 7 cpu.

> 3 dayI forecasted that when SSDs first came out, the next logical step would be to replace the SATA configuration with something similar to how RAM connects directly to the motherboard. Using a PCI Express port was a cool idea, but impractical, but then NVMe M.2 for laptops and desktops soon came about and here we are at more then double the traditional SATA SSDs interface. Look how akin it is to RAM modules (memory cards for that matter as well). Its amazing how tech keeps evolving and changing. I use this for my boot drive, while I also have a traditional spin desk containing all my movies and game data. I havent had any issues with this hard drive at all. There are faster M.2 SSDs out there for sure, but your going to pay a lot more for them. If you got the extra cash and want that extra bit of speed +8GB is space on a newer production format, Look into the Samsung PRO series. But honestly, you wont be able to see a significant difference until the next gen stuff comes out and you want for that instead.
