Wow this is very FAST. I got this for my 10 month old acer E5-575G-75MD laptop. Just like I got a New Computer. My laptop is running a i7-7500U intel. Loading my software is just fast. I only wish I had the money to get the Samsung 960 Pro Series. Thats over $1300.00 for that. I love it. Love the software you can download too. Great price for this 500gb ssd drive. I love my laptop again. What an Great upgrade for $200.00

I guess it has a finite lifespan, but during that time, its screaming fast! 4 channels of memory throughput makes all other processes obsolete. Just make sure to put this one into an ultra slot on your MB. If you dont, then you paid too much for this thing and it either wont work, or will only work at the speeds of a single-throughput slot.

I purchased a pair of these for our Synology NAS 918+. One acts as a READ cache, the other as a WRITE cache. I wanted to do all the upgrades before I started using the NAS heavily. It might be an overkill now, but we plan on hosting several virtual machines in the near future Been 3 months now and no issues (dont expect any issues either)
