I just counted up and I have 11 of these. They are fast, nearly indestructible, and perfect for OS installs, live drives, and sneaker net. You can actually do a LOT with 32GB. The price is spectacular.

Yeah this was worth it. Good for Mac and PC daily use. It feels tough, has heft to it. Easy to know which side to insert as you dont have to go through the flip issue of insert, oops whoring way. Flip, doesnt go in. Flip again, now it went in. I have my programs here and work between Mac and PC. No issues with it.

Looks good but so small its hard to handle. Also not easy to tell when its in all the way. I wouldnt buy it again.

Its hard to find a USB stick that isnt formatted as exFat or NTFS. Sure, you can download a utility program from the web to supposedly format a larger capacity USB stick to the FAT 32 file system, but those are riddled with malware and dont really work. I bought a much larger capacity (256 GB) SanDisk that is worthless now because there is no way to format it to FAT 32 to use in my Tesla Model 3 for the dash cam and the terrific Sentry Mode security system that records video clips of anyone trying to break in or harm the car. I must have tried 6 different free formatting utilities - all terrible and none did the job. For whatever reason, Tesla requires the USB memory stick to use a FAT 32 file format. This stick comes pre-formatted to FAT 32. All I needed to do was make a TeslaCam folder, plug it into the USB port on my Tesla and it worked perfectly. I bought a couple others to switch them out as needed. It looks slick and is easy to use. Worth the $10.

Basically, all thumb/flash drives are about the same. The best thing about this one in particular is the weight. When its in your hand, you know youre holding something unlike the other ones made out of plastic. If you wear a watch, youll understand what I mean.

This is such a great deal, I highly recommend these. They are made of metal and are very small. Great for putting on a key-chain. The price is great, especially considering the really high build quality. I installed Linux on one, and I got another one Im going to put on my key-chain. Be sure to do backups in case you lose it. (Note: some backups dont copy the creation date. I use the free RoboMirror with delete extra files and folders checked and custom switches with this added to the end of the switched /copy:DAT /dcopy:DAT so now the switches say /z /e /fft /r:12 /w:5 /tbd /np /copy:DAT /dcopy:DAT this makes an exact duplicate of the flash drive on a folder in your computer. So if you lose the flash drive your not screwed.)

I wish someone had told me to buy this style of USB stick a long time ago. Everything about it is great, but my favorite thing is not worrying about anything breaking it. Watching someone step on an average plastic encased stick, leaving behind tears of data security dreams, I realized how silly. Military grade encryption software and 64 character password don’t protect against a shoe with 240 pounds of human on top of it. But these keychain style ones will survive way more freak accidents than any other stick in the same price range.

Perfectly designed for its purpose. Extremely durable and pretty fast. No complaints at all as it does exactly what it advertises. Highly recommend.
