> 3 dayI use it mainly for my PS4, and works great. I can load the games faster and the OS loads quickly. You just have to wait for the OS to get use to it. This one also works with a PS4 pro, which has even more improvement in game load times.

> 3 dayChanging the spinning HDD on an HP laptop that was a few years old gave the machine new life. Cold start to usable state (Word open & ready) went from 4+ minutes to just under 30 seconds. An outstanding upgrade. Of course everything else works faster too; albeit, web surfing can depend more on your ISPs speed than the computers performance. Notwithstanding, the overall responsiveness of the machine is significantly better with an SSD. Samsungs downloadable software makes cloning the old drive to the SSD a breeze.

> 3 dayI was getting slower than advertised speeds no matter what I tried so I did some googling and I found out why. My BIOS was set to IDE instead of AHCI or RAID. The IDE setting is the slower setting to allow your computer to run those slower drives back in 1992. AHCI or RAID is the newer faster setting. BUT do NOT just go change the setting in your BIOS if you already have windows installed, I did that and my computer just runs in a loop restarting over and over again. You have 2 options.....1st option is to format the new SSD drive and set the setting in your BIOS to AHCI or RAID and then you can proceed to install windows....orrr
