> 24 hourDidnt do benchmark tests to validate speed, but it works and seems to be on par with most SSDs. Easy installation and fit right in the drive slot.

> 24 hourI have two of these in a Dell XPS 8920, one for the C: and one for the D: drives. This makes the operating system fast and data files on D quickly accessed. The 8920 boots up in 30 seconds. These are cheaper than the equivalent Samsung M.2 1TB SSD. I have bought at least 8 Samsung SSDs over the years and never had a problem with any of them.

> 24 hourThis drive is SO fast! There is no going back to a spinning platter, ever. The Samsung data migration utility, which can be downloaded free from the Samsung web site, makes it easy to copy everything--data, programs, Windows itself, all your settings--to the new drive from your old drive. Installation is basically just unplug the old drive, plug in the new one. Still, if you arent very technical, you might want to get help from a friend.

> 24 hourThis is my first SSD ever. I knew that replacing my laptops 5400 RPM drive would give it a speed boost, but damn. I was absolutely blown away how much faster my laptop is now! Windows and Linux boot up extremely fast, and everything I do is 10 times faster (at least). Ive always been a fan of Samsung, and this drive is a good reason why I love the brand. its actually made in Korea, so its going to be top quality! Highly recommended!

> 24 hourThis hard drive was an easy replacement for a spinning disk I had and will add years to the usable life of my laptop. The speed increase was instant and obvious, with startup taking 5-10 seconds instead of 2-3 minutes and programs loading 10x faster.

> 24 hourBought this for my gaming PC to replace my hdd for boot drive. Easy to install but you would need to buy separate ssd rack if your case doesnt have them.

> 24 hourI installed this in my 2009 iMac to replace a dying Hard Drive. And what a difference it makes, feels like a new computer. I also had to buy a 3.5 to 2.5 adaptor and (on this iMac) a temperature sensor cable. But install was easy, reformatted for Mac and installed a new MacOS and works like a charm. I also bought one for my MacBook Pro and that was just a few screws, Initialize drive, install MacOS and again feels like a new computer.
