> 24 hourMy sons 4 almost 5 year-old ASUS ROG laptop had become very slow and he thought this SSD may speed things up. He was not disappointed. Drive installation was as normal for a regular hard drive. The O/S (Windows 10 Home/ Build 1803) was quickly installed via USB thumb drive. After every thing is installed, power up to login is 4 seconds. It made his laptop like new!

> 24 hourUpgraded my wifes MacBook Pro with an SSD. WOW! What a difference in booting up. From one minute and 50 seconds, now boots up in less than 20 seconds. Also upgraded the RAM to 16gb.

> 24 hourI upgraded my 1TB HDD to 2 TB SSD. You cant imagine how much faster this drive is from a traditional HDD. A few youtube videos on cloning my hard drive, and a little courage and shazam! Very happy with the improved performance, reduced power consumption, and reliability.

> 24 hourIf I would have known about the performance gain I would have ordered this sooner. Very easy to install also easy to copy the OS and data over to it using an external drive and software. After finishing my 10 year old laptop is young and fast once again.

> 24 hour$78 for a 500GB SSD with a 5 year warranty is a great deal. I use synchronization software with two of these drives for all of my data. I had been synchronizing one of these drives with a spindle HD but there was a noticeable delay. This drive boots into Windows 10 instantly.

> 24 hourI recently purchased a laptop but instead of buying a standard HDD I put my OS on a m.2 sata drive as PCIE NVMe drives are still a bit over priced. I opted to delete the free HDD the manufacture charges for as I wanted to purchase this new 860 EVO for my 2.5in slot. Cost wise make sure you are buying it when offered by Amazon directly and not the third party sellers who tend to over price these drives. At the time of my purchase I spend around $300 before discounts on this 2TB drive which is a good price point.
