This is without a doubt the best sanding block for normal sandpaper ever created. The clamp system is what makes it so. Always, on normal paper blocks the paper gets loose. On the preppin weapon this is immediately fixable and permanent. Overpriced? NO WAY. I own 8 of them and would never give them up. Once you know quality you dont go back.

Get it. Bigger than the typical sanding blocks with the little spikes that you push the paper into. Great tool for woodworking.

The best sanding block ever . No paper wrinkles no fuss. Ive used probably 25 sanding blocks In my career. None of them come close to this . Even the FES tool had trouble tensioning the sandpaper correctly . This item nails it every time.

Ive had this puppy for quite a while, and ordered a second one as well. I started using it for my personal woodworking projects, and now use them for my business. They are super sturdy construction and have a nice weight to them. The clips are a time saver when switching out sandpaper. I highly recommend this for personal or professional use.

I love the fact that you use more of the sheet surface than with other sanding blocks. I also like the weight and it is easy to load. The only issue for me was that it is slightly less comfortable in the left hand (I am left handed). I dont know if the rods can be swapped but it would probably require replacing the pad so I wont bother. I expect I will buy a couple more as time goes on.

I have never spent this much on a sanding block....its worth every penny. It arrived on time and works as promised. It is easy to load with paper and the block holds it well. Id order again...why no 5 I save that for something really outstanding, but this comes darn close.
