This thing is fantastic!! I put it at my eye height so my 3 year old and 1 year old can’t reach it. It’s amazing. So much peace of mind knowing they can’t open the door. I considered bringing this on vacations and using 3M temporary stick to put it up but haven’t needed to. Highly recommend, just make sure it’s high enough the kids can’t reach it. My 3 year old is smart enough he could manipulate this if it were accessible. We put ours about 2” from the edge of the door- it’s far enough you don’t try to open the door and thing the track is broke but close enough you don’t have enough momentum to make it pop off.

I actually use them for an extra security for my sliding glass doors. It gives me more piece of mind. They are easy to put up.

They work perfectly, and are so easy to install & use! I apparently didn’t read the description very well though because I got four of them instead of one lol.

Gives extra piece of mind knowing all windows and sliding doors are extra secure at night. Easy to install and operate.

I am unsure how you can determine this beforehand but the lock is too thick for my sliding door. In the closed position, the door should be able to open and slider over it. So, open the package carefully and do not adhere to the glass until you check to make sure your door can still open when the safety lock is in the closed position.

This thing was so great for us when my two year old figured out how to open the sliding glass door onto the deck. I wish there were half star options because this would be 4.5 for me. The only thing that isnt great about it is that if I pull hard enough on the sliding door I can get it to open when the safety latch is engaged. Not a huge deal for me. It takes a good amount of force to get it to open when locked and I dont think my toddlers are strong enough.

Our 4 grandkids came for a visit and we were worried about the kids getting into the pool area. Works great

I didnt even Realize this was a multi-pack so the value for this product is great. We wanted additional security measure for our sliding glass door because our 1 & 2 year olds know how to unlock the sliding glass door, remove the wooden block and open the door and we have an in-ground swimming pool, so these little guys give some more peace of mind. So far, this has worked like a charm. Adhesive is very strong and has remained in place, very easy to use and very easy to install!
