Update: Downgraded to two stars. I would have gone to one star, but they do still work, eventually. These dimmers dont often respond the first time I ask Alexa to turn them on or off, or to dim them. I often have to ask three or four times. Alexa sometimes complains that they are not responding but most often she just accepts the command then acts like it completed successfully when it didnt. The ones I got look different than the current pictures, so maybe Meross updated them and fixed the problem, but I am replacing them with Kasa anyway. I have many other Kasa dimmers and smart switches and they all work great, so these Meross are going in the trash. :-( ----- I have these integrated with Alexa. I like to have a night light in the main part of the house during the middle of the night. I programmed a routine in Alexa called Good Night that turns the LED lights in the living room down to 5%, turns off the lights in my bedroom, tells me the overnight weather, and starts my sleep sound. Update: I got a new router and it refused to allow me to use certain characters in the password that the old router didnt have a problem with. That meant that I had to change my wifi password and reprogram EVERYTHING in the house. These switches were a real PITA to change the wifi pasword on. I eventually did it, but Im not exactly sure what steps I took to get it done. When youre programming them for the first time, its pretty straightforward. If you have to change the programming for any reason, it is quite a chore. Docking a star for that.

Needed a 3 Way Smart Switch with Apple HomeKit compatibility. The Meross 3-way smart switch worked perfectly for my situation. When our family goes away on vacation, we leave lights on in the home for security purposes. The best lights to leave on are our hallway lights with 3-way light switches. Until now, I had no way to control them when away from home (or on a schedule). The Meross 3 Way Switch has solved this problem: I can easily setup a lighting on/off schedule in the app. A great feature is the ability to change the schedule from my smartphone - its very convenient. Love the 3 Way Smart Switch product as it gives me peace of mind when I am away from home. Even if I forget to leave a light on, I can easily turn it on remotely. Construction & quality seem great as the Meross Smart Switches have been very reliable so far. I highly recommend these switches if you are looking for a convenient reliable smart lighting solution.

Works perfectly with Alexa and my existing dimmable LED lightbulbs. Installation instructions were very clear. Unfortunately, my fixtures were wired differently (two traveller wires and live rather than two traveller and neutral in box with dimmer). Luckily, I was able to change this relatively easily and the lights work well with this dimmer. One difficulty with all these smart switches is that they occupy more space in the box, and the neutral wire cap also occupies additional volume. You need to be very aggressive about folding the wires back in the box for it to fit.

It was a bit trickier than expected to get this 3 way dimmer installed, mainly because of all the plain black wiring in my house and my inexperience wiring, but I had this put in by a pro and it works great!. Easily one of the most reliable HomeKit switches I have used, which is especially amazing as its a wifi one. Ive yet to see this fall off the HomeKit network or give me any problems. it always just works rock solid from both sides. I set this into multiple home automations and it works excellent every single time. So nice to be able to control my lights from both switches and remote and have dimming function all from this surprisingly affordable 3 way dimmer. I highly recommend thi switch, and meross in general, to anyone starting out in the HomeKit ecosystem. Great value for the money and all of their devices seem to work without a problem, unlike many competing brands!

I have manual dimmers that could not dim the full range of the light fixtures. Not only did these work with HomeKit, which is why I chose this brand, but they dim from almost nothing to full brightness. I am super happy with these. FYI you have to replace both.

I am a big fan of the Meross products. I picked up this several of these smart dimmers to control most of the light switches in my house. You have several connectivity options like pairing directly to a voice assistant, Im a Google/Nest house and it works great. However, they also connect to Smartthings, which is how I have mine set up. I just updated all of my smart switches and dimmers to Meross products, so I hope they stay in business. Single and double gang boxes I have plenty of room even if placed with other smart switches. Triple gang boxes with all 3 being smart switches is TIGHT. If there was a way to make these a little thinner, they would be perfect.

I have ten switches from Meross and three of them are dimmers. These are very easy to install, like any switch, provided you have the neutral wire and 2.4 ghz WiFi network. Amazon echo devices work very with Meross products as does the Alexa app. I use the Meross app more often than Alexa app unless I’m setting up routines. Meross continues to advance in function and design. The neutral wire is the wire that carries the circuit load back to the breaker and will only be available if your intended circuit was wired to the switch first. Older houses are more often wired top down, where the electricity goes to the fixture first. You can have neutral wires installed as I did.

Everything is included with this switch kit. They even include labels for the different wires. There are some basic tools required (screwdriver, needle-nosed pliers, and a voltage meter). The Meross app takes through setting up, step by step. It is very easy to set up. Once I got it all setup and linked to the app, it was great! I have mine connected to my Alexa and SmartThings. The Meross app also has some functions, like a timer. I set my timer to dim the light after bedtime, which gives just enough light to walk around at night. Very impressed with this product for the value!

I put these in my kitchen on six LED can lights and it works great. I also install one in each bedroom for the kids and myself. They are easy to install with instruction right on the app. The switches work really well with Google Home. I can tell Google what level to put the lights to and it instantly does it. You can even program times for the lights to turn on and off. For the kids rooms I programmed the lights to turn off at 10 pm to let them know its time for bed (if by chance they hadnt turned them off by then). I put these and the single-pole switches all throughout the house now I just need to install the three-way switches to finish up all the light.
