> 24 hourThese outlet plugs work like a charm with the Apple Home app once you get them set up and configured for how you want them to work. I believe that it would be helpful if the manufacturer employed technical writers who could write more easily understood instructions for setup and use of these products by English speaking users. My hope is that these outlet plugs will prove to be durable and reliably function for many years to come but only time will tell.

> 24 hourProduct is very small for a smart plug and can fit two on a receptacle. The LED to the right is not very bright and therefore not distracting. Homekit and Alexa integration work nicely and are instant on and off control. The Meross app also works great, though there are no advanced features in the app like other Meross and Refoss devices have.

> 24 hourI bought this smart outlet hoping it would work both with Apple HomeKit AND Google Home apps. I’m happy to say that it can do both HOWEVER, it does require you to download their app to connect to the Google Home App / Nest devices. Their app isn’t required to use with Apple HomeKit. Having to download their app is why I gave 4 stars, but otherwise it’s worked great for me off the bat.

> 24 hourFantastic smart plugs. I have owned several different brands of smart plugs and they always have the same problem of disconnecting every few months requiring a complete reset and reconfigure to get them working again. NOT these plugs though they were plugged in and setup in maybe 2 minutes and have not had an issue in three months so far. AND they were nearly half the price of the other plugs I have tried. I set them up with HomeKit first and then with Alexa. Both setups were quick and easy no problems.

> 24 hourThe product works, but it’s kinda annoying how it works. You have to download the app for it, and it had me download Apple home. It works with Siri which is great. The really annoying part is you have to be on the same Wi-Fi as the plug. So you can’t be out and need to turn it off. You have to be near the plug to work the app. Also the timer function is odd. You have to set a schedule with how long and what days. It’s not an easy here turn on and run 5 mins. But it does work, once timer schedule set up it works.

> 24 hourSmart plug installs easily, works as expected. In all, a great device at an attractive price. Caveat: Uses Apple’s Home Kit, which makes programming the plug more complicated than necessary. If you want to program it to turn on, you first have to define a “scene,” choose a room, then identify the device.

> 24 hourI had bought it to turn on lights remotely. The plugs are only Smart within the Wifi area. Not remotely accessible. Waste of money for me.

> 24 hourI had a connection error with one of my plugs and couldnt get it working. The manual says factory reset is holding the button for 5 seconds but its actually 10 seconds. Aside from that its good. Works as i want it to. my lazy ass doesnt have to turn my fan on or any of my lights anymore.

> 24 hourI’ve had these for about 2 months now, and they work great. I have only had one issue, and that was when the HomeKit app was not connecting to the switch, so I had to reinstall them on both the Meross app AND HomeKit. I’m order to install it on the Meross app, you HAVE to install it in HomeKit first. But I have to give this company credit on reaction time. As SOON as your finger touches the on / off switch, it IMMEDIATELY reacts! Bravo!

> 24 hourI’m very pleased to find mini plugs that work with both HomeKit and Alexa and have ETL safety certifications. These are nice sturdy small plugs and although the fit is tight, you can indeed get two into a regular outlet. Set up with Homekit was very easy: The device was recognized immediately, added as soon as I scanned the QR code, and worked right away. Setup was a little more difficult with Alexa because the device needed a firmware update, and as long as it did, Alexa kept saying it was unavailable. Even though it worked fine with HomeKit. Neither the Meross app nor the eHomeLife app indicated a firmware update was needed on the individual device information. Instead, I had to go into the account information, and that’s where it showed me that a firmware update was available. Once the firmware update was complete, everything worked fine. So even though the installation process was a little glitchy, I’m very pleased with the plugs and with the quality of them, especially at this price. I expect to be buying several more in the future.
