Jk you dont stink. Its hard to write a good review about zinc, tbh. Thorne makes stuff that will almost never make you sick. I have bought maybe 10 bottles of their stuff and so far so good, but its gonna cost you a few bucks. Someone is gonna get mad about this review already, I can tell. Look, if you feel any type of way after taking this other than 1) same or 2) pretty good, try taking it with food. Zinc can do a number on you.

Im currently taking this supplement to detox from copper. Im now growing eyebrows & my face is clearing up. Im also having more signs of my hormones wanting to ovulate. I highly recommend if you could have copper toxicity. My doctor & I discussed it & Im currently at 8 capsules a day. I usually require higher doses of things to get effect. I also have Sjogrens Syndrome, an auto immune disease. So, any help from zinc is welcomed.

I believe in Zinc for boosting my immune system and have been taking this product daily and faithfully for nearly a year. Only one very minor cold that lasted only 3-4 days, which is fantastic because I used to be sick at least 2-3 times a year with bad viruses that lasted 2-3 weeks. I also believe in the Zinc products that you take at the onset of a cold to shorten a cold. If I was to only take one supplement, zinc would be it.
