I was developing deep, irritated cystic acne and was willing to try whatever might help, and to my surprise this stuff worked wonders. Highly recommend for treating acne, but definitely take the recommended 2/day. I was only taking 1/day to try and stretch the quantity further but I only saw real results after taking the full recommend dose.

05-06-2025My immune system has greatly weakened since battling cancer, and I was not healing very quickly, zinc is good for so many things. It is good in cold prevention, reversing heart disease, fights free radical damage, hormonal imbalance, getting sick often, always tired, good for the eyes, skin and hair, plus many other benefits. Zinc deficiency is common around the world. Being a mineral it can be hard to absorb, especially for people with digestive disorders.

> 3 dayIm currently taking this supplement to detox from copper. Im now growing eyebrows & my face is clearing up. Im also having more signs of my hormones wanting to ovulate. I highly recommend if you could have copper toxicity. My doctor & I discussed it & Im currently at 8 capsules a day. I usually require higher doses of things to get effect. I also have Sjogrens Syndrome, an auto immune disease. So, any help from zinc is welcomed.
