Greater than one weekIve tried multiple brands of zinc, specifically for acne. This one has worked best for me. Ive read the best one for acne is zinc picolinate. I find it reasonable for the quantity and price when compared with other brands. Im on my 6th month of taking it and still no complaints! I find it necessary to say I take a variety of preventative measures for dealing with acne, and zinc is just one of them. It is not a miracle pill on its own.
