> 3 dayIve had a really hard time finding zinc picolinate (or orotate) capsules vs. tablets, as I dont want to be ingesting a bunch of starches or fillers with my supplements beyond the gelatin capsule they come in. Ive purchased several of Thorne products now without realizing they were all from the same brand, because it was my highest priority to find high-quality supplements without any added ingredients. Now I feel confident in trusting Thornes quality and have started looking for their products when I search for supplements and vitamins.

> 3 dayMost zinc makes me nauseous, even the little elderberry lozenges with like 1mg of zinc. My husband even threw up after taking another common form of zinc too soon before breakfast. BUT THIS FORM I CAN TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT. The forms of vitamins we take are important, if one isn’t working for you, do some research. And always look into what forms our bodies can actually use! Otherwise, you’re investing in expensive pee.

09-06-2025I purchased this to help with acne from going off of hormonal birth control and honestly wasnt sure how much it would help. I was developing deep, irritated cystic acne and was willing to try whatever might help, and to my surprise this stuff worked wonders. Highly recommend for treating acne, but definitely take the recommended 2/day. I was only taking 1/day to try and stretch the quantity further but I only saw real results after taking the full recommend dose.
